Dia & Co Box March 2016 box

Dia & Co is a monthly personal styling subscription for plus-sized women. It’s pretty much just like Stitch Fix for plus sizes – Fill out your profile and sizing information, pay a $20 styling fee (refundable against anything you choose to keep), and have 5 items selected by a stylist sent straight to your home to try on. Dia & Co includes free shipping each way. If you keep all 5 items from your box, you’ll receive a 20% discount.

It included an invoice showing the price of each item plus my potential discount.

My stylist, Tracey, provided a letter detailing the items selected for me and how to style them with my wardrobe.

I liked the quote on the front of the card (should have photographed), “The sign of a beautiful person is that they always see the beauty in others.”

Everything in my box!

Dia & Co Box March 2016 (4)

BB Dakota Crochet Yoke Dress ($96) this was really big. Unfortunately for me I have a spare tire instead of being larger all over so styles that depend on exact placement up on top don’t necessarily work for me because my shoulder and chest area is much smaller. I might have kept this for a fun weekend dress but the price was too much for that. Dia & Co Box March 2016 (5)

Fashion To Figure Jolene Floral Kimono ($34.90) I think Jen had this kimono in her box and also rejected it. It’s unlined and really big. Fun idea but a pass for me. I did really like the stylist’s notes on using this item!

Zenobia Button Down Blouse with Pocket ($40) No brainier! Perfect easy put together black shirt. Kept it! I may be predictable but I love a good black shirt. Dia & Co Box March 2016 (8)

Zenobia Tillie Top ($38) I really loved the pattern on this top but the cut made me look pregnant. It’s tough being an in between size!

Junarose Patterned Soft Fabric Pant ($59)

No.

No.

No.

Well I hate to end on that note so I’ll say that I enjoyed all my selections but one. I probably even say in my profile no ditsy florals so that was really a total miss for me. What did you get in your box this month? It seems as if this subscription is improving overall despite an occasional miss (but that last one was really big miss for me!).

Ha! Wow… Those pants are hideous – I assumed it was a shirt in the group shot. I can’t stop laughing!

What is a “ditsy” floral? The floral pattern on the kimono is beautiful – I could even see it as pants / leggings.

a ditsy floral is the kind of floral print with tiny flowers – just like those pants. i’m sure someone could work them into their style and totally own them – just not me!
