Covet Crate is making some changes and sent out an email to subscribers today. In short – the subscription is now bimonthly with about a $5 price increase per box.

We are making big changes at Covet Crate. But don’t worry – it’s all for you! We’ve had some great feedback since initially launching our subscription box and we’ve listened to it all! That’s why we have decided to make some changes here at Covet Crate to ensure we give all of our customers the BEST experience possible! We want you to be as clear as possible with these changes, so please read everything carefully and if you have ANY questions, please feel free to email us at [email protected].
Covet Crate will now be shipped to you every other month. Why? 1. The biggest reason we’ve seen that customers cannot stay with Covet Crate monthly is price. We get it, but unfortunately we cannot reduce the price and still offer you the same quality items and experience! Now your credit card will be charged every OTHER month instead of every month! Good news for you (and your wallet)! Not to worry…if you are already subscribed, your new subscription plan will take affect automatically – you will not have to do a thing! 2. Bimonthly subscriptions will allow us to keep subscriptions open longer and have more subscribers. Although it’s great to have an in-demand product, we have been selling out within days, and this past month, within hours! We’re so happy to have so many wanting our subscription box!! However, we would also like to open the subscription to let more people have the opportunity to subscribe. The pricing will differ slightly – but will be less per month plus no more shipping charge! Why? Because our crates are now shipping bimonthly and you will be receiving them less frequently, we’d like to make the boxes even more special by being able to include more items and/or more high quality items to better your experience. You will still be paying less per month, however! Here is how the pricing would work: —- Girl Boss box —- Old price (with shipping): $50.94/month New Price: $54.95/ every 2 months or about $27.47/month —- Lady Boss box —- Old Price (with shipping): $90.94/month New Price: $94.95/ every 2 months or about $47.47/month
So…the big question. When will you be charged for each box? New subscribers will be charged immediately upon subscribing, then every other month based on when they subscribed. From then on, this is how the schedule will work: Sign up or renew in January or February: box ships in early March Sign up or renew in March or April: box ships in early May Sign up or renew in May or June: box ships in early July Sign up or renew in July of August: box ships in early September Sign up or renew in September or October: box ships in early November Sign up or renew in November or December: box ships in early January If you recently signed up for the 3-month subscription, your boxes will be shipping bimonthly until that plan is done, then your plan will automatically roll into the bimonthly plan. We hope you understand fully what our changes are and why we are making them! Our goal at Covet Crate is to always provide the best experience to our customers that we can. One important step in achieving that goal is listening to customer feedback. We have listened, and we are implementing the changes we feel will best help our customers. We will try to make the transition as seamless as possible. Again, you will NOT have to do anything if you are already subscribed, your new subscription plan will take affect automatically.
