Bonjour Jolie is the way to pamper your period for as low as $16 a month – it’s a monthly period/time of the month subscription box with everything you need! This box comes nicely wrapped and very discreet. The best feature is having it delivered on your schedule.
This card ran down the entire contents of the box, along with web addresses and prices. This might be the coolest idea to the hippie inside me, I can plant this card and watch it grow, it’s embedded with seeds. As a homage to Earth day it’s biodegradable and the ink is vegetable based so it’s soil safe.
It came so neatly packaged that it’s hard to believe all the stuff that was in this box. As a more bang for my buck kind of gal this made me really happy. I also have to admit that the fact there isn’t much to throw away excites the earth friendly in me, recycling is kind of my obsession.
A full sized package of supplies is available or I could have mixed it up by making it a combination of pads and tampons.
Cleansing cloths and Advil in a bag that you can toss in your purse yes please. Summer’s Eve products are some of the best I’ve ever used. Though the supplies are needed they are the least exciting things in this box.
This picture doesn’t do this bracelet justice, it’s absolutely beautiful. Handmade from paper by women in Uganda as away of overcoming poverty. It’s so simple and understated that it will match my entire wardrobe, I only wish it was bit smaller because it’s too big for my wrist but I will be sporting it as an anklet this summer.
Rare Earth Minerals Clay Body Mask, what a treat. The idea of rubbing my skin down with clay was foreign to me until this came in. I followed the simple directions on the back and sat for a restless few minutes when I washed it of my skin was smooth and radiant.
Annie’s Homegrown Organic White Cheddar Popcorn, it was amazing. As a popcorn lover I may not go back to other brands. It’s crisp, flavorful and I may not share with my family.
Candy…I love candy, this assortment of nut free, gluten free and soy free candy was so much fun to try. The choco chews were like eating well done brownies. Crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle with less fat. Surf Sweets, were soft and delicious. It was like having a glass of juice with a sugar rim, recommend eating them as a whole otherwise they aren’t as good. Endangered Species chocolate was surprisingly good. I’m not a fan of dark chocolate despite it’s health benefits but this was creamy and smooth. I will be purchasing it again because of the taste and the added bonus that the company gives to endangered species world wide. Last but not least Yummy Earth lollipops, sweet but not too sweet, definitely lives up to the name.
There’s another bag of goodies!
High quality tea in five different flavors. Smells wonderful in the bag, while seeping and especially while drinking it. I generally like tea but this tea is great. I didn’t even need to add honey or sugar. The chocolate balls wrapped to look like the earth were milk chocolate heaven. Cascadian Farms Vanilla Chip granola bar was flavorful but not as sweet as regular granola bars. This was the first time I tried this brand and I am delighted. Extra bonus is my daughter liked it too and it’s all organic. Banana Crisps are my new favorite. These crisps are better than any banana chips I’ve ever had. They are freeze dried and therefor not as hard a banana chips. I’ve been searching for a sweet treat that won’t wreck my diet, my search is done.
I’m in love with the balance of this box. Everything for a perfect time of the month, supplies, sweet treats and healthy snacks.
