PawPack is a subscription box for your dogs or cats.  Each month, you’ll receive 5 or more hand selected items that your fur babies are sure to love.  PawPack strives to feature hypoallergenic products and aims to ensure that items are all-natural and grain-free.  Additionally, 10% of PawPack’s proceeds go towards supporting rescue causes.  Choose between 3 sizes to determine the right fit for your dog – small (0-20 lbs.), medium (20-50 lbs.), and large (50+ lbs.).  Boxes are $39 per month (price drops with extended plans – $29 per month for annual plan).

Inside our box! Lots of goodies for my little girls (one has a birthday coming up too).

The information card provides a brief description of each item and some information on PawPack’s focus for the month – your canine’s canines.  February is Pet Dental Health Month, and PawPack has teamed up with Whimzees for this month’s box.

Everything in this month’s box.

20160303_175702-1

Whimzees Toothbrushes 4 Pack for small dogs ($5.29 Amazon):  Made with all-natural ingredients, the vegetable-based texture will help remove plaque and tartar as your dog chews.  Perfect tie in for dental health month!  However, these are actually for dogs 15-25 lbs., so I’ll have to break them in half for Lily and Lexi.

All Natural Go Go 8-9″ Bully Spiral Curly Sticks ($3.40 Amazon):  The odor-free bullys are made from grass-fed, pasture finished cattle and contain only one ingredient.  These are good for cleaning teeth and satisfying your dog’s natural urge to chew.  Last month, the box contained a similar item as well.  Unfortunately, these are not a hit in our house, so it’ll go to my sister’s fur baby.

Wellness Trufood Protein Bites Beef & Beef Liver recipe ($11.30 Amazon):  The price on these varied across websites.  These high-protein snacks are made with more than 70% fresh beef along with superfood ingredients that are naturally full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.  Wellness is a brand I give my dogs regularly, and they love their treats.  This one didn’t disappoint, but I did have to break it into smaller pieces.

Wet Noses Grain Free Berry Blast ($2.49):  Wet Noses Grain Free Berry Blast dog treats are full of juicy, ripe berries packed with antioxidant rich blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.  Sounds like a dessert I could get into.  I’ll have to see how the girls do with these – they’re not fans of biscuit/cookie treats.

Here’s a close up of the Wellness treat.  As you can see, it’s fairly large and thick cut.  That’s almost a meal for my under 10 lbs dogs.

Go Go Poop ‘n Go Pet Waste Bags & Dispenser ($6.99 DigItPet.com):  This orange pet waste bag dispenser has a nice bag stopping feature that allows you to pull out the poop bag one at a time. It also has a handy clip so it can easily clip onto any style leash, collar, belt or other item with ease.  The link shows that the packaged version comes with 2 rolls of bags – mine was not packaged, and I only got the one roll that was in the dispenser.

Charming Pet Love Pulleez Forget-Me-Not Frog ($13.49):  The arms on this cute and cuddly critter slide back and forth – great for tug o’ war play!  It also features 6 hidden squeakers to entertain dogs of all ages.

Zippy Paws Donutz – Strawberry ($7.99):  Did anyone else have the urge to say either “D’Oh!” or “Mmm, donut…” when they saw this?   Zippy Paws Donutz’ embroidered “sprinkles” and toppings make them look like real delicious donuts! Each toy includes two crescent squeakers.  These are designed for small and medium-sized dogs that love to squeak.  I’ll have to keep an eye on this toy.  We got one from the same brand last month that only made it a week before going into my sewing pile.

Note:  These Kate Aspen items (as well as last month’s bottle opener) seem to be closeout merchandise; the last mention of retail that I found outside of Amazon and eBay was in the 2014 Aspen Summer catalog.  They are only noted in a blog post from 2013 for National Dog Day on the Kate Aspen website.

Kate Aspen Paw Prints Frame ($8.39 Amazon):  This adorable hand painted resin frame holds a 2.5″ x 2″ photo.  It’ll be a nice addition to my desk.

Kate Aspen Woof Magnets ($2.99 eBay):  Magnets are always useful, and these glass printed ones are cute to boot!

And now for some gratuitous pictures of Lily (because she hoarded the toy) with an appearance by Lexi.

This box contained over $60 worth of product; a great deal when compared to the individual box price.  There were some repeat brands from last month, but I felt the girls got more (and a better variety).  My one concern is that the boxes don’t appear to necessarily be tailored to my dogs’ size – toys/treats are too large or too small.  Anyone else feel the same?  I’m curious about PawPack’s boxes for other sized dogs, so let me know what your medium and large fur babies received.

Aw, Lily and Lexi are so cute! I have an 80 lb Lab, and I got all of the same items, except the treats and toys were larger and more appropriate for a large dog box. I’m sure it’s hard to find a box tailored to dogs under 10 pounds, but you would think the items in the small box would be a little smaller than the ones you received.

Glad to know that there was a difference between the small and large boxes. I saw some other comments where it looked like my girls got the same items as larger dogs, so I was curious. And thank you for the compliment!

Thanks! That cuteness helps them get spoiled. I have a hard time saying no to those faces.
