Graze Subscription Box Review & Free Box Offer

February was a great month to fall in love with Graze.  Graze is a weekly snack box (you can opt to get it bi-weekly too or every month) with 8 individual servings of prepackaged fresh and healthy snacks. Here’s how it works:  once you sign up, you “like” the snacks that interest you on the Graze website.  Your next scheduled box is then assembled from some of your likes, so you never get something you don’t want to try.  You can snag your first snack box free with this link ($1 shipping).

This month’s box theme was inspired by a Love theme. Ok not really, because what you get is based on your preferences 🙂  But the box itself did have a great hearts design!

Nutrition info is included on each of the selections.  You will see a host of healthy ingredients and no weird stuff.  When they sweeten dried cranberries, for example, it is usually with fruit juice rather than corn or cane sugars.  We have our favorites, but we like that we see some new stuff in every order.  There is something for everyone, though — bars, granolas, trail mix style blends of high-end nuts and fruits, cookies, seasoned party mixes, biscotti with dips — all kinds of tasty snacks!

Everything Bagel: these aren’t as garlicky/oniony as they sound! They really satisfy that serious carb need with a nice savory but not rich flavor.

Brooklyn Bites:  Crunchy and flavorful, this mix combines a flavorful cashew, and crisp pumpkin seeds with the bagel-fied snap of light and airy poppyseed pretzels.

Beer Mustard with Poppyseed Pretzes: these are those really light density pretzels and taste great with the mustard dip, which wasn’t too mustardy.

Protein Cashew Kick:  A zesty, spicy, and umami blend of textures, combining deliciously-spiced, crunchy/creamy cashews with the pop of crisp chickpeas and the snap of sesame bread sticks.  This one packs a lot of flavor!

Pecan Power:  a sweet and tangy blend combining the tartness of cranberry with crunchy, premium quality whole almonds and pecan halves.  The quality of the ingredients really shows in this style of mix — the nuts were pristine.

Smart Blondie: This whole grain cinnamon raisin blondie was absolutely delicious. The  package says “Eat me Quick I’m Fresh” and it totally was. The raisins were moist and the blondie itself was fairly sweet, but not overly so. Perfect treat!

Vitamin E Defense:  Crunchy and rich hazelnut and Spanish-style peanuts mixed with tart and sweet cranberries and raisins.  In this mix, the hazelnuts are skinned, while the peanuts still have their skins wonderfully intact.

Peachy Orchard:  Chewy dried pears combine with the perfect sweet and tart duo of dried rhubarb chunks and sweet, peach chews.  Graze is really good at combining candies (either chocolate, fruit-juice, or yogurt based) to achieve a good balance of sweetness in their blends.
