This month’s custom paper and box theme is all about Sherlock Bones from London, England.   I was impressed right from the start, as I don’t recall having been so enamored with the paper with previous boxes.

This Barkbox is for small dogs like our miniature schnauzer, Lindy.

And here are this month’s cute dog items!  So adorable!

Bark Box March 2016 (2)

Harry Barker Scottie Dog Toy ($13):  A tiny squeaker sits inside this little guy.  He doesn’t seem too tough, but he is very dashing in a lovely tartan.

Bark Box March 2016 (3)

Bark & Co. The Old Timer 7″ Toy ($10):  This tug is made of fairly durable fabric, and its a perfect size for small dogs.   The pocket watch motif is a clever touch, being both thematically appropriate and great for a tug.

Bark Box March 2016 (4)

Backworthies Gullet Jerky ($2):  Made from real beef, this is a very solid piece of jerky.  It is appropriately sized for our dog, but it should take her a while chomp through this leathery hunk.

Bark Box March 2016 (5)

MyDoggy Soft-Baked Mini Cookies ($8):  I can smell the peanut butter in these.  They are wheat and corn free, with an ever-so-slightly crunchy texture.  Lindy loved these, and she began sniffing furiously the second I tore open the top of the bag.

Bark Box March 2016 (7)

Lindy is already enjoying her bag of treats — she’s locked on target.

Bark Box March 2016 (6)

Prime Dog Treats I’d Rather Be With My Dog – Beef, Bacon & Eggs ($8):  These were also a hit with Lindy.  The training treat size is also a hit with us.  Our dog has become quite accustomed to being rewarded every time she returns from a mission, and she thinks she should get several treats on each occasion.  The training treats are great for tossing out a few at a time, creating the illusion of generous treating.

Barkbox did it again with another awesome theme this month.  This one was really a hoot and Lindy was really a fan of the treats this month too!

It is cute that the one toy looks a bit like your fur baby.
