My Pretend Place Safari Dress-Up Box Month 3 Review & Coupon

We recently reviewed the Safari dress-up box from My Pretend Place – a quarterly themed pretend play and dress up subscription box for children aged 3-6.   Every quarterly My Pretend Place package comes complete with high quality non-itchy dress-up costumes, activities or crafts, and other pretend play inspiration. Plus, you get totally free surprises in the in between months to keep the play going.

Everything in the Safari My Pretend Place box – we choose our own through the pick your box program.  You can purchase the boxes individually and see the other themes here.  Each theme runs for a quarter — the first month is the dress-up box, and the following two months contain fun activities to encourage continued use of the materials received in the first box.  The first interstitial surprise packet for the Safari My Pretend Place was a safari sounds activity.

This second interstitial announces our successful completion of the My Pretend Place Junior Safari Ranger Program!

It came with a letter to my daughter from Ranger Twiga, congratulating us on our efforts in completing the program.

We also received a Certificate of Completion commemorating this accomplishment.

Instructions for holding a commencement ceremony were provided, including the ceremonial declaration to be pronounced by an adult.

Since no celebration is complete without a feast, a recipe for a crafty safari-themed lunch was included, too!

The ceremony once again has the kids break out the safari costume, assuming the official role of Safari Guide.
