The February 2016 Popsugar Must Have box was inspired by the themes: adoring, hearts, sexy, indulgent, and confident! POPSUGAR Must Have Box is a monthly women’s subscription box. You’ll receive items from a mix of categories like beauty, home, accessories, jewelry, etc. It’s one ofthe most popular subscription boxes around!

This box is sold out, but you can enter the giveaway for one of two boxes here!
The Popsugar Must Have Editors come up with inspirations every month which guide the box curation.
The information card gives brief summaries of each items and why they were selected on the other side.
This box is always particularly well packaged.
Foodstirs Heart Cookie Mix ($12.95) This is a great mix made with organic and non-GMO ingredients where possible. They have a subscription box that I do not recommend because of the low value (FYI must call to cancel). You can see my Foodstir reviews here. Great box inclusion but the Foodstirs subscription needs revamped – the only difference between what we received here with a price tag of $12.95 and the box is really cello bags and some kraft paper tags (and 2 different colors of jimmies instead of sparkle sugar) – and the subscription costs $24.95 with shipping. Insanity (and actually I think the worst value subscription I’ve ever reviewed).
The ingredients are simple! The cookies are tasty – they use an entire stick of butter too.
Packaging for the next few items.
Fringe Studio Hello Beautiful Square Tray ($14) This is a pretty and useful coin dish/mini-tray that matches the one in the Summer limited Edition box. I like how I get rewarded for being a total Popsugar box addict by eventually receiving matching items. The back of this is metallic gold, but I haven’t figured out yet how to showcase that.
Beautycounter Nourishing Cleansing Balm ($50) Full size is $80, this is a really nice deluxe size! I love cleansing balms. This one is pricey and it’s nice to have a luxe item, although I have used fantastic cleansing balms from other subscriptions (so if you love it you may want to do some comparison shopping). Some subscribers received a cloth and spatula… And some didn’t. Like me.
Popsugar is definitely still having issues and after over a year of these kinds of minor problems that everyone seems to experience over and over I am baffled. I wrote in yesterday to complain about the lack of replacements for my candles and they said they would send them along with something else.
JewelryStorm Endless Arrow Ring ($28) A cute little sparkly arrow ring. The back side is hammered. The back side of the card had a 30% off code for a JewelryStorm order.
It totally fits on my ring finger but since I have pudgy hands with loose skin, it looks better on my pinky. It’s semi-adjustable. VS sent along quite a few items this month.
A $20 Victoria’s Secret Rewards Card: $20 off any purchase through 3/31. I haven’t shopped at VS in about 10 years? So I guess I will now!
Victorias Secret Sports Socks (Special Extra) ($5) These go in the bestie pile – way too large for my feet. I thought it was funny that the package advertised their sports bras all over the place – but only on the socks, not on the rewards card. Useful for 90% of subscribers, I’m sure!
Victoria’s Secret Hydrating Body Lotion – Coconut Milk with Cotton Moisture Complex ($18/on sale for 3 for $30) This was the biggest surprise in the box for me – I loved it! It smelled great, was moisturizing, and not too thin. I guess some ladies don’t like the new formula, but I really don’t know anything about that!
I included a photo of the lengthy ingredient list because it’s not on their site. This lotion is paraben free.
Tilo Heart Print Scarf ($125) An exclusive colorway for POPSUGAR Must Have Box subscribers! It’s sooo pretty with hearts scattered all over (and more heavily near the ends).
It’s really gorgeous – though I don’t think it’s necessarily $125 gorgeous! However, it’s great to wear the whole year and I’m happy with it.
I really liked this box – some really fantastic items and the big brand items – Victoria’s Secret – was one of my favorites, even though I never go there! This box did leave me wondering where some of the artisan products they had in their boxes last year went (I was working on my February Little Lace Box review too, which got me thinking). I guess this subscription is really just too big for too many artisan items.
Nevertheless, this box had some wow factor going on and had great curation, plus about $265 in retail value. For me personally I would knock quite a bit off the scarf value but it’s exclusive.

For some reason, I got my box very early. But I’m not complaining! I love that balm. It gets all makeup off and makes my face feel great. And it’s the first time that I’ve received a ring in a sub box that fits!! If I close it all the way up, I can wear on my middle finger. So happy about that. My hubby was laughing because I keep talking with my hands to show it off! I agree with you about the value of the scarf. But it’s so pretty and something that I wouldn’t buy for myself, so I’m happy to have it. I think PopSugar knocked it out of the park this month!
Love that scarf! Super cute.
I need to send them an email to find out what is going on with my February box! I must be the last person to receive it 🙁
I really like the honest opinions you give on the products. I liked all the items in this box and look forward to it each month. I agree with the exorbitant price inflation on the scarf but love it since I don’t have one in this color. Luckily I got the wash cloth and spatula with my balm. Found a great You tube video on its use so I can’t wait to try it.
Thanks Kim! I would add for anyone else that’s needing a cloth to use it with they can use a Liz Earle muslin cloth if they have one from Birchbox.
