The February Kloverbox was full of love ! Kloverbox is a fun and unique natural and organic beauty and lifestyle subscription box delivering the purest in beauty, nutrition, health, and home essentials.
Everything in the February box! I was excited to see this box – especially as in the past it shipped at the end of the month and always came the next month.
Theo Chocolate Red Hot Cinnamon Crunch 70% Dark Chocolate ($3.99) This has cinnamon brittle in organic, fair trade non-GMO dark chocolate! It wasn’t spicy to me at all (as in heat) and the spice itself is light – don’t be afraid of this one! I used the card’s 3.99 value instead of the MSRP because its about $11 to ship that $2.50 bar.
This was bright and fruity chocolate and it played well against the sweet spice, which was very mild. Tasty!
QC Naturals Karan’s Cleanser ($16.50) I don’t think I’ve ever used this type of cleanser before! It combines damascene rose, glycerin, and frankincense and geranium essential oils. This has a great natural rose smell, not overpowering, and is quite moisturizing. I can definitely tell the difference in moisture levels after using it – it’s almost like a moisturizing splash. This would be a nice finishing rinse too! This matches the toner found in November’s box.
Small Keys Be My Valentine Handmade Soap ($5) Awww, this is so cute! I was taken aback by the strong, beautiful scent when I opened the package, because I couldn’t really smell anything at all! This soap is an olive/coconut/palm/castor oil cold-process soap made with dark chocolate (!) and Australian red clay. It’s scent with essential oils – lavender, pink grapefruit, palmarosa (similar to lemongrass), petigrain (bitter orange), labdanum (rockrose), and bergamot. It’s floral, citrusy, and exotic!
Balanced Guru Hug Me Long-and-Sweet Body Butter ($19.99) This is a sweet smelling coconut oil and cocoa butter balm (really if it’s not whipped, it’s all balm to me!). It felt light-ish and because of the size of the jar I wondered if it had a fake bottom. I assure you, I stuck my finger in and it goes ALL the way down! It melts in quickly and isn’t really greasy at all. It has all sorts of botanical flower extracts, but it also has a hint of spearmint. Combined with the cocoa butter it has a light chocolate mint vibe! This was apparently supposed to be in the December boxes, but wasn’t shipped until this box due to the labels not being ready. (Thanks Anna!).
This box had a great curation and value (about $45.5). I haven’t seen a Kloverbox in quite a few months so I was pleased that this box was well put together with useful and seasonally appropriate pampering natural products.

I tried the Balanced Guru body butter last night. It didn’t work for me at all. It’s so thick and solid, like solid wax. I had to really work to get it to melt on the skin, then really put in the elbow to spread it around. Then the next morning I couldn’t scrub it off! It’s too much work. Sorry about the negative review, I wonder if I got a faulty item maybe?
Well maybe that’s like with my Lancôme gel to oil (it didn’t melt on my skin). Product experiences can be so variable. This sounds weird but I have some dry patches on my scalp and I put it on there this weekend because I have no plans to leave.
I love it when a box comes together. I am happy with my box. The soap is almost too cute to be used.
