Pet Treater is a monthly subscription that provides high-quality treats and toys for your beloved canine. When you use the code provided below, the first box ships with a complimentary dog bed, which you can see in our first review!
The letter reveals that dogs’ televised sports priorities differ from those of humans. The letter also reminds subscribers that every box purchased results in a toy, bed, or blanket being donated to a shelter pup.
The theme for January is Fun & Football Fit (or Fun & Fit Football depending on you you read the font), reminding us to pay attention to our New Year resolutions for ourselves and our dogs.Play is good for dogs and humans alike!
All the goodies in the box.
Nylabone Fun’N’Fit Treat Trap ($3.50) A super-tough nylon ball infused with vanilla. The crevices and holes can hold a variety of treats.
DOGO Crochet Football ($9.97) This squeaker is wrapped in a crochet cover perfectly themed for the big game.
The box even contained a special gift for your dog’s human companion — something to help you address the dietary portion of your fitness goals.
Market Day Salad 2 Go Cup ($5.89) This contained is perfectly designed for transporting salads — it even holds the fork secure with the container.
The lid has a dressing holder, so your salad stays crisp until you are ready to eat. A recipe card is included for inspiration. The lid doesn’t seal like a Tupperware, but I don’t think it’s supposed to (so your salad doesn’t rot).
Unique Petz Treat Launcher ($15.59) This compact hand-held launches treats up to ten feet away, making treating a sport in and of itself. It carries treats and attaches to your leash to keep your hands and pockets free when its not in use.
Exclusively Dog Jerkeez Pizza Flavor Chewy Dog Treats ($4.59) Made in the U.S.A. from real chicken, these meaty bars are pizza flavored!
It’s not fair that your dog misses out on pizza night, and feeding carb-loaded human food to your dog is not doing him any favors. As the sticker suggests, these are a great way to let your dog enjoy a slice with the game.
Pegetables Dental Chews ($12.99) Made with a vegetables and no grain, these are fortified with antioxidants and omega fatty acids. A healthy option to let your dog clean his teeth doing what he loves.
Your Pet Chef Right Size Rover No Guilt Treats ($7.50) Made with nothing but chicken, cucumber, radish, and kale, they still manage to be seductively stinky for Lindy. Our dog loves these — they are crunchy and have a nice dry texture, which makes them more pleasant for a human to handle.
MultiPet Mr. Bill Dog Toy ($6.99) The popular character from last century’s SNL in plush form. He is a giant 10″ tall and makes a audible and lengthy signature “Oh Nooooo!” cry when squeezed. The mechanism to trigger his voice is easy to activate, so your pet is likely to make him yell every time he is picked up.
I suspect many of these were coveted by owners and never made it to their pets!
Pet Treater has been a great pet subscription. It has ample portions of treats, and the toys and pet products have been super original and lots of fun. The treats in this box are all made in the USA, and had expiration dates in December 2016, with the exception of the Pegetables – January 2017! With about $67 in value, there was really a lot packed in here!
