Nerd Block January 2016 Subscription Box Review + Coupon Codes

Nerd Block is a monthly mystery geek & gamer subscription box. Every month includes a new shirt and Nerd Block boxes are typically filled with fun toys and figurines and other geek accessories. It really is a box for everyone who enjoys nerdy and pop culture things.

The January Theme was Neverending Stories!

Your Neverding Story Journal:  This is an an awesome journal! I love it when geek boxes pick up franchises that don’t have a lot (or any) licensing around them (usually because they’re older) and then create something awesome. I’m also generally a big fan of the ouroboros (its name is Auryn in the story) because it just looks cool. The interior pages are lined.

Harry Potter Hogwarts Crest Keychain ($9) This keychain comes nicely giftboxed and is really high quality with tons of detail.

It features the four crests and even has a little clip for your bag.

Unreal Estate 4: Concerning Hobbits Print by Tim Doyle: Doyle owns Nakatomi Inc., home of tons of fandom-inspired art and prints. This scene is of course Bag End/Bilbo’s house! I love how it shows the rotation of the stars! The sign says “No Admittance Except On Party Business” and hardcore fans can find replicas on etsy.

Deathly Hallows Shirt: The wand (the Elder wand), the stone (the skull), the cloak (the triangle) ! Interesting and awesome representation of the Deathly Hallows symbol!

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 Film Cell Bookmark ($11.99) I keep on winning with awesome scenes in these film cell bookmarks!

Game of Thrones Funko Legacy Collection (about $15 each) You could have received one of 6 figures in your box: The Hound, Khal Drogo, White Walker,  Daenerys Targaryen, Tyrion Lannister, Jon Snow. More Daenerys below!

Mine shows Voldemort’s last stand

This still is shortly before the scene shown in my bookmark.

I received the Mother of Dragons in my box and I couldn’t be happier! This is really an action figure with full articulation and a cute baby dragon accessory.

I would have been happy with most any character but I love it when I get Daenerys!

The back of the box shows the exact scene from where the inspiration was drawn.

I really thought this was a killer box from Nerd Block this month! Without even calculating the print, journal, and t-shirt I’m up to $35 – this box was huge this month
