I had more than my fair share of tasty gluten-free treats because my sister eats a 100% gluten-free diet. I also had emergency gall bladder surgery a few years ago and a gluten-free diet was recommended to me after surgery. Love with Food is a popular snack subscription that now carries a gluten-free option! It is a fun snack discovery subscription available in three versions: classic tasting box, deluxe/family size, and gluten-free. This version is the gluten-free box, but you can see our earlier reviews of the other boxes for January too. You can save 50% on your first Gluten-Free box by using this link.
Love with Food donates a meal to a hungry child every time a snack box is purchased!
The information card is the centerpiece of the Love with Food Box. It contains the names, ingredients, and has a color-coded key. The color coded key indicates which items are gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and/or non-gmo.
The back of the booklet had a special thank you to subscribers.
The box is full of items. J, my 7 year old, could not wait to try the Baked Mac n’ Cheese Puffs.
I had a hard time fitting everything into the picture because there were so many items! Lots of yummy treats this month to enjoy.
Dark Chocolate Toffee by Dave’s Sweet Tooth: Everyone kept raving about the toffee! Dave’s Sweet Tooth hit upon an irresistible combination of dark chocolate and almonds. My husband has disgustingly good self-control when it comes to snacks unless it is in subscription boxes. He ended up eating most of the bag. I found my Valentine’s Day gift for him!
Snikiddy Baked Mac N’ Cheese Puffs: My sister is also subscribed to the Love with Food Gluten-Free box. She loves the taste and wants to order more. J, my 7-year-old, gobbled up our bag. He’s been searching for them in the stores when we go shopping. It was a hit with our family.
Cybele’s Free to Eat Snickerdoodle: I am impressed with the Cybele’s brand. It is free of the eight common allergens and tastes good. It tastes like a snickerdoodle to me. The cookie is soft with good texture. It’s also moist for a gluten-free cookie. My family finished the packaged in a few days.
Pop Art Rosemary Truffle Popcorn: No one would try the popcorn but me. I tasted the rosemary first, and then the truffle taste exploded in my mouth. It tasted delicious.
The Better Chip Corn and Sea Salt Chips: My husband ate this quickly. He said the salt tasted stronger than the corn chip. He also ate them right away when the mini-box arrived a few days later. My family has a three-month subscription to the mini box. He says they taste better than other tortilla chips. My sister said they provided a decent crunch.
Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Brown Sugar & Maple Oatmeal Cup: I’ve been impressed by the product sizes in the gluten-free box. The oatmeal is no exception. It is a healthy single serving of oatmeal. I will be giving this to my sister because my family does not eat oatmeal.
Pamela’s Products Oat Chocolate Chip Coconut Whenever Bar: I opened up the package and salivated. It smells moist and delicious. My husband felt it was soft and chewy. I tried it and did not like the texture because there were flakes in it. Maybe coconut or oat flakes?
Sant Dried Garcinia Indica Superfruit: The Garcinia Indica is organically grown and dried. Add just enough to water for a rose-like taste or more for a cranberry-like taste. It’s great that Love with Food including an item for a beverage.
Annie’s B Handmade Sea Salt Caramel: I was surprised by how many caramels have gluten in it when looking in the stores for my sister. The sea salt was pleasing but not overwhelming in the caramel. It received two thumbs up.
Betty Lou’s Almond Butter and Cashew Pecan Energy Balls: It’s all about the fiber! The energy ball has a surprising apple taste to it. It’s chewy with different textures.
This month’s box included a $100 wine voucher from NakedWines (if you want one, click the link, go to the top and select claim, and you can have one too!).
We enjoyed our January Love with Food Gluten-Free box. The food was delicious! There was enough variety that everyone in the family found something they liked. Snacks, a beverage enhancer, and a breakfast food item rounded out the box. It’s a fantastic option for those looking for a tasty gluten-free snack box.

I love the fact they have chocolate again in the box. I hope this is the trend for this year. That there will be chocolate every month.
Chocolate is yummy!
