Loot Anime sent out the following email on January 8. Looks like they aren’t shipping Episode 2 for another week. I think they probably should’ve upgraded the shipping on this one, but they’ve also probably already eaten their shirts on the replacement item.

We recently experienced an unexpected delay when we had to replace the original No Game No Life item planned for the ENCHANT crate.  We have systems in place to prevent these types of issues from occurring but the very unique aspects that caused this to happen were unpreventable despite our best efforts. We share your disappointment as we pride ourselves on the consistency of our service.

We wanted to ensure the replacement we’ve picked from Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers was of high quality and of the same value or more, and as such it took additional time to manufacture.  Unfortunately, due to this unanticipated replacement, your crate will arrive later than expected.

Our team is working extra hours and with more shifts to ensure we are doing everything we can to get your crate to you as soon as possible, and we’ll be sending out shipping e-mails by the end of next week.  Once your crate ships, it should arrive within 14 days. All crates should arrive as soon as January 18th and by January 29th at the latest. We sincerely apologize for the delay with the ENCHANT crate and we have put in place new requirements and policies, utilizing all of our resources to help prevent these issues from arising again in the future.

Thanks so much for your patience! We look forward to seeing your unboxings, we know you’ll love the assortment and we appreciate your patience as we get back on track.

And one more update, as seen from a Loot Anime comment on this instagram post

There was a licensing issue that made it impossible to add the NGNL item to the crate. The Rokka product is just as good of a product (if not better) than the original. If you have not watched the show, try it out, it is quite good. Sorry for the inconvenience, we’ll definitely make it up to everyone going forward!

And here’s the email they sent out regarding the replacement on 12/22

It’s official: Loot Anime is sold out! We’re excited you love our shiny new subscription service as much as we do, and are thankful for each and every one of you!
