Geek Fuel Monthly Mystery Box is filled with all kinds of geek surprises. It’s a geek & gamer subscription box with at least $40 worth of geek accessories and apparel with exclusive games, toys, gear, collectibles, and all things epic.

404

The January box brought a T-shirt, poster, coffee mug and more.  Let’s get into what was in this box!

The description card gives you a rundown of what is in the box and also where to follow Geek Fuel on social media.

Each box comes with a mini-mag with features about current geek topics plus a gift guide.

410

Star Labs Coffee Mug.  I’m a huge fan of The Flash and now he is on a coffee mug with a clever logo.

415

Umbrella Corporation Pin.  For you Resident Evil fans out there, you definitely recognize this logo on a really cool looking pin.

419

8 Bit Breath Savers.  A pixelated Link tin full of sour orange candies.  Fresh breath for when you finally save the princess!

422

Fuel the Flash Contest Card.  Can you find the Flash?  If you do, you could win some awesome prizes! Geek Fuel usually has some sort of sweepstakes each month.

429

A Brief History of Time Travel T-Shirt.  What is your favorite mode of time travel?  TARDIS?  Hot Tub?

430

MetroWarp Steam Game.  The game about being a clueless pedestrian within a puzzle. We liked that it was available for PC & Mac – and that it was pretty different than previous games included (there’s a downloadable Steam code in every box).

433

Jakku Comic-Con Poster.  A witty take on making a destination out of the planet nobody wants to go to from Star Wars: The Force Awakens.  I especially like the ticket prices.

Geek Fuel did a magnificent job putting this box together for January 2016.  You definitely get more than your money’s worth with not only the amount of items, but the exclusivity of them as well.

This box was shitty as hell. I only subscribed for this month because they said it had an RE item in it, and their website had a little picture of an actual umbrella. So, I figured it was worth it if they are going to send me a new official RE umbrella, and it would be cool to go with the other 2 that I have. Right? Then, I get the box, and all that’s in it is this shitty pin. I already have a pin like this except it is much nicer and more similar to the ones that the scientists in the movies wear. I don’t follow comic book stuff (I mostly follow video games and horror films), so I already expected most of the other stuff in the box to not interest me at all, but if I was a Star Wars fan I would’ve been pissed because the poster they sent me was torn straight out of the box. I posted a comment about this on twitter and tagged them in it, and they never replied or anything. Waste of money for me, personally.
