Power Yoga: The Card Set ($12.95)  The card set introduces the basic ideas, poses and techniques in the Hatha Yoga style called Power Yoga.  They include 38 yoga poses and sequences.  These cards are really great.  They explain the poses in a simple manner and show photos of each posture.

Yogi Surprise Yoga Sequence Series Card – This is a really nice bonus! Yogi Surprise will be including a new sequence monthly to match the theme. This is a great way to try a new move or rediscover a new favorite.

Voke Vitalizers Starter Kit ($8) These chewable superfood energy tablets enhance your memory, focus, metabolism and stamina.  They come in tasty cool flavors like acerola cherry or guarana berry.  They are super tasty!

Om Lavender Sachet ($12) This sachet is strong for it’s little size and smells soooo good.  What’s even cooler is that the Yogi Surprise people partnered with HaitiProjects.org to make these handcrafted sachets.  Haiti Projects is an organization that empowers women of rural Haiti.

Real Beauty For A Cause (Sweet Orange and Cinnamon)  ($18) This blend of sweet orange and cinnamon was especially created for this box!  It smells so good and leaves my skin so soft.  It was handmade with 100% natural ingredients , plant based oils and therapeutic grade essential oils by women working to gain economic independence and break the cycle of poverty.

Buddha Tea Crown Chakra Tea ($11).  This tea is so flavorful and organic!  I drank this and did a crown chakra meditation.  It was sublime.

Aura Cacia Clove Bud Essential Oil ($8) The clove oil is 100% pure essential oil, not tested on animals and has no synthetic ingredients.  I applied some to my temples before going to work in the morning, and felt so inspired, I started writing some lyrics to a new song.  The box the oil comes in gives two different suggested uses, which I thought were very useful.  I will definitely try them out.

This was a great box for this season.  I loved the selections this month not only because of the quality of the products but also because the companies who make the products have both mindful and empowering missions.  All of the products were curated for someone practicing yoga with a mindful lifestyle.  The value for this month was around $70!
