CardBox by Sendtiment is a monthly designer greeting card and social stationery subscription! Every month you’ll receive beautiful new designer stationery and cards, plus mystery surprises! All items are hand selected to be top quality and seasonally appropriate (or appropriate for any time of the year!).
All the cards and other items were bagged in plastic, sealed, and held together by rubber bands. Even though my tissue was a little torn up, the cards were in perfect condition.
The box comes with a curator’s note (from Canada with love! – ships to the US too!).
And a listing of all the products, including details about the designers. Hello northernly neighbors – I love your style!
Everything in the box! Two designers were represented in this box – Sweet Peony Press and Made in Brockton Village.
Sweet Peony Press combines modern and vintage designs, letterpressing its cards on soft cotton paper, then handpainting to accent with gorgeous colors! The I Love You card on top is printed with gold ink. So beautiful but I am in love with the Kiss for Santa Card and the Blitzen Card. So sweet! So noble! These are so gorgeous and high quality and it gets me excited to write some Christmas cards!
I also got 2 sets of 4 assorted gift tags as a bonus. One is Christmas themed, the other is for all seasons. They came with little strings to tie on your packages. Love these because you can wrap with brown paper and instantly jazz it up with a gift tag and make it look perfect.
Faceted Heart Card & Merry Shortbread and Happy Egg Nog Card – These two are letterpressed onto soft cotton.
My photo wasn’t the best here, but you can see the incredible detail and texture of these cards!
These cards from Made in Brockton Village are totally awesome! The cards selected for this box are prints of original hand-painted designs – and they’re funny!
Note that I opened all the cards but they really photographed better in the envelopes because the tops weren’t all popped up – the envelope below was rumpled only by me!
EAch of these cards has a rocking drink recipe on the back! Can I keep this one?
I loved this box and the selections! Even though you have to pay a tad more to get it shipped to the US, I think the cards are totally worth the price. I got 8 cards plus the gift tags, so $3 per item is WAY better than greeting card retail prices, whether you’re at Hallmark or buying cards one off from the artisans. Most of these cards are sold directly by them for $5-$6!
