Retro Pop Box is a monthly subscription box designed to bring you back to your youth by delivery nostalgic items from pop culture of bygone eras. You can select the 60’s, 70’s, or 80’s as your era. We reviewed the 60’s box.
It’s cool that each decade has its own customized box.
It arrived neatly wrapped and fasted with a decade-appropriate sticker.

Two buttons came in the box: one was a retro design, and the other had a Retro Pop Box design.
The card details every item in the Box. It includes a brief explanation of the significance of the items, but all the items included are instantly recognizable to anyone who lived through the decade or are familiar with the pop culture of the era.
Batman Classic Bendable Figure: This scores on two fronts. Not only was the Batman television series with Adam West an iconic show from the period, but bendy figures were popular, too.
The bendy is part of a series of cool collectibles all based on the original TV show.
Mr. Sketch Scented Markers: Scented markers appeared in the sixties and have been a favorite of kids ever since — at least until they dialed back the fumes. Two are included in the box.
Have a Nice Day Iron-On Patch: The 60’s saw the rise of the happy face icon. This one irons on to fabric so you can wear it with pride.
The packaging for the Star Trek item included a “Fun Fact” lauding the social impact of the series.
I can’t think of a cooler luggage tag. The tag buckles on to your bag and has the Star Trek logo.
The other side has a window to allow viewing of your information, and the sewn leather is emblazoned with the uniform insignia.
This comfy Tee (it’s nice and soft!) celebrates the days when radio was king and provided the social glue of the day.
The Tee shirt design evokes the logo sensibilities of the day.
This box had several very groovy items. I especially loved the Batman bendy and the Star Trek luggage tag. The items were carefully selected and really highlighted the true icons of the era and went beyond merely recollecting fads. This would make an excellent gift for the holidays!
