Jacq’s Organics Green Smoothie Scrub & Masque ($15) I love powder masks because I don’t have to worry about them going bad, plus I can easily pack them for travel without worry about the mess or my quart size bag. Organic sea kelp, activated bamboo charcoal, rhassoul and bentonite clay, with almond meal for scrubbing power. The scent is a bit minty! [From June 2015 Petit Vour review]
Palmetto Derma Collagen Booster & Restoration Serum ($48) I received this in my Spring 2015 FabFitFun Box and used about half the bottle. The vitamin C promotes collagen production and the hyaluronic acid helps bring moisture into your skin.
Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques Pressed Cheek Colour ($14) This shade is in “Sweet Sixteen.” What a gorgeous shade! I think this one is nearly universal with the dusky rose color. They were packed in bubble wrap but it seems like every single one but mine broke up during shipping. I’m going to have to chalk that up to a potential defect in the formula – I’ve never seen that happen before!
Finishing Powder by Glam Natural ($30) This finishing powder totally surprised me! It’s incredibly silky and that’s due to the dimethicone powder, which fills in fine lines and wrinkles. Glam Natural is a cosmetic line devoted to finding healthier alternatives to your products. This was my favorite item in the box! I also think it’s the item that caused them to drop the “natural” from their subscription.
The value of this box was pretty incredible – almost $110 and over four times the price of the box – but dropping the natural was a little confusing, and I felt that wasn’t communicated well to me (though I don’t receive subscriber emails I did receive an email that the box was now vegan and cruelty-free, it did not explain that it was no longer all natural). However, this is in line with other vegan beauty subscription boxes, so going forward it’s fine!

We’ve been listening to every single customer’s feedback and altering our box based on what our customers are asking for. Our subscribers are everything to us and we’re constantly trying to improve to make them happy, that’s our main goal!
All the products we send out are nontoxic. The claim for natural products is very misconstrued and we decided to stick with nontoxic, vegan and cruelty free products.
