A Little Bundle is a monthly curated box full of unique products for mom and baby.  Their mission is to bring laughter, excitement and love to the journey of motherhood. FYI when you subscribe, the size of your child is the age that your box will be curated for (even though there’s a birthday entry on the next page). This month came in an actual bundle again and the subscription is no longer in a box.

The information card. I was puzzled by the lack of items in this box, and it says that they have decided to include fewer items of higher quality. I didn’t find that was the case – they just removed an item (this bundle has about $30 value than previously).

The October A Little Bundle.

IMG_9674a little bundle october 2015 Monroe Workshop Wooden Robot Horse ($12.50) This is a super cute toy, although it would get totally chewed up by my teething baby. We’ll keep it for a fun display item!

A Little Bundle Baby Boo T-Shirt ($20) I really wish this shirt had been sent out in the box last month. I think we got this subscription yesterday (on Halloween), and it’s far too late for a Halloween shirt to arrive. Fortunately we do actually call the kids “baby boo” and “baby goo.” But for everyone else that doesn’t call their child a ridiculous name, it’s just too late!

Lulu + Roo Beanie ($18) I was thankful to see that this is a large. My child is 13 months old but has the head of a linebacker/5 year old. We aren’t sure where he got such a large head, but half the hats we get don’t fit. Love the style!

Paperlaced Hello, Baby Card ($4) The idea of this is to write a card each month and save it for your child to read later. While it’s super sweet, I’m wondering how many people actually do it. Given the fact that I’ve had issues with the protection of the cards in their new shipping, I wish they would have dropped this as an item! (They did replace the banged up card).

The total value of this month was around $54.50 – about $30 less than previous months. While I liked the items themselves quite a bit, I didn’t feel like this month boded well at all for future months. No outer box, 30% reduction in value, all for $49/month.

I had to cancel my subscription for this box. I was really annoyed that they were sending out different quality/valued boxes. My baby is five months old and I was always getting less in my box than what I was seeing in other reviewed boxes. So then I tried to cancel when they automatically charged me for three months and was told no. This last box was really disappointing. Again, less value and I was super annoyed that the tshirt was geared toward Halloween and didn’t arrive until the day after for me. Very disappointing. I loved the idea of this box so much. I just don’t like the execution.
