September 2015 Fit Snack Subscription Box Review & Coupon

Fit Snack is a monthly subscription box delivering healthy nutritious snacks directly to your door. Every month expect 7-10 full size items plus samples of delicious and healthy snack foods.

The back of the card features a workout.  This month, the feature workout is the Full Body Rebel Workout, designed by Melissa Levy.

Here’s the Fit Snack curation criteria:

• Each product always containing two or more of the following: GMO Free, High in protein, low in sugar, gluten free, organic, raw, vegan and all natural.
• Plus, we add in bonus items such as energy boosters, nutritional supplements, or refreshing beverages.
• Finally, we find a little space for exclusive workouts, workout gear or other active lifestyle inspiration.

There’s a large information card with the photo, name of the product, and a bit of information about each one.

Tosi Cashew Super Bites: This was a delicious organic, vegan, and gluten-free protein bar/bites with cashews, chia, flax, and sesame seeds. It’s nice to see something like a KIND bar that isn’t trying to be exactly the same thing. But I would have also been ok with chocolate on this one.

Trophy Farms Cashews: What, double cashews?! I love getting nuts in my subscription. Nice and buttery and toasty. In our house we call them fancy peanuts!

IPS Chips with Protein – White Cheddar:  I am bizarrely addicted to these egg white and whey protein chips and was pumped that there were TWO bags! This will provide me with some tasty high protein goodness without any weirdo aftertaste. These are so good!

MHP Fit & Lean Protein Brownie: Yes! That is all! It’s brownie! With protein!

Wilde Snacks Meat Bars: Well we went a little bit paleo with this box and got two meat snack bars! I think this is a great item to put into a box because subscribers – even those looking for healthy snacks – might be reluctant to buy them or not even know about them! We will all have to taste them together: these are going in my desk at work because I sometimes forget my lunch and I would rather not eat anything from the vending machine!  No growth hormones or antibiotics.

TRUProteins Dark Cacao Nutra Whey: Grass fed whey protein powder! I love how this combined probiotics, dark cacao for antioxidants and didn’t contain anything at all that you would look to exclude!

Amara 100% Raw Fruit Sports Drink in CoffeeBerry & Pomegranate : Raw fruit, caffeine, and electrolytes, it’s the official sports drink of The Paleo Diet. Hmm. I might be saving this one for Black Friday and Cyber Monday? Because that’s my most intense workout!

Plus there was a coupon for a free bottle of WTRMLN WTR. Which said it’s a Bedroom friend. I guess it keeps you hydrated and delicious! I don’t think it needs to be refrigerated, so I would have preferred this to be in the box itself. However, the box already included another drink so I doubt they could get it shipped for the monthly price, which is pretty low!

This was a great high value box with a lot of particularly paleo friendly (and gluten-free) options. I loved this month’s focus on the protein options!
