Yogi Surprise September 2015 Subscription Box Review + Coupon

Yogi Surprise is a subscription box for a healthy centered lifestyle. Each monthly box contains 6-8 products picked by experienced yogis to complement your yoga practice and your life!

This box has such pretty packaging, and I love the color of the box!

The September 2015 theme is “Rooting to Transcend.” This month was focused on the glory of fall and the transformation of the seasons.

Philosophie Vegan Superfood Blends – Berry Bliss ($7.50) This is a vegan, organic protein with superfood power built right in! Uses sprouted, raw brown rice protein powder and has great numbers on the antioxidants! I’m going to mix it with some yogurt for a super power breakfast!

Caveman Cookies ($4)  We got the Mayan flavor, which I think is my fave, because it’s chocolate, chilli, and chia!  I was happy to get these – I haven’t seen them in a while and I think they’re quite tasty! And paleo and grain free! And chocolate!

Big Dipper Wax Works Citronella Tea Lights ($8) Well, this box was highly aromatic! I don’t particularly care for citronella but the beeswax calmed it a bit.  I’m going to pass these to a family member in Florida who can get a bit more use out of them than we can! Each will burn for 5 hours so you can have a great party or relaxing time outdoors!

All Good Coconut Sunstick ($7.99) What a great idea to use coconut oil! It has a natural SPF and makes it glide on really nicely! Non-nano zinc oxide for protection, which is what I personally prefer!

Molly Muriel Handcrafted Bar Soap – Volcanic Bliss ($6) Ooooh this is a black purifying bar! Tea tree for healing, charcoal for detoxifying, lava for exfoliating, and neem oil for cleansing. It’s really a quadruple whammy and is just a great bar of soap. Assorted types were sent to subscribers and each of them had unique ingredients  like this one. I’m a fan!

Urban Moonshine Joy Tonic Spray ($9.99)  This spray tonic is a blend of aromatic herbs that are traditionally used to support the nervous system, restore a positive mental attitude, promote a relaxed feeling when overwhelmed or overworked, and relieve occasional sleeplessness. I am definitely in need of focus so I could see spritzing this around (sometimes I just do it in the air!). It makes me calmer just to spray it (I didn’t love the taste of this one!).

Gaiam Yoga Mat Sling ($9.98) This goes around your mat so you don’t have to buy a special yoga bag to carry it, which I think is perfect.  You can also use it as a strap to hold a pose. This is a nice useful yoga tool!

Yogi Surprise Yoga Sequence Series Card – This is a really nice bonus! It looks like Yogi Surprise will be including a new sequence monthly to match the theme. This is a great way to try a new move or rediscover a new favorite.

I think if you practice yoga or otherwise embrace the yoga lifestyle you will be happy with this subscription! The value for this month was around $53 and I enjoyed the items, so I was pretty happy with it and the soap was really just a cool find!
