BoxyCharm is a makeup and beauty subscription box that sends out 4-5 deluxe and full size samples every month. They’re mostly full-size products (4 full size and one deluxe sample) and the boxes have been able to maintain a consistently high value. The outer box has been redesigned and is now sleek and black.

Everything in the September box! FYI there are often 2 variations of this box, although I haven’t seen anything different this month except for the already known variations on the tarte. Two months in a row – they may have stopped doing box variations except what they advertise in advance!
Chella Eyebrow Defining Gel ($18) This was a really nice light hold brow gel. Since I have some new brow colors to try out, I’m really happy to get this one to lock in my color!
Scratch Nails Lacework Nail Wraps ($12) I can’t ever get these right! Have you had any luck with nail wraps? Instagram user’s gelamuffin’s are on point! see below!
Previse Skincare HydroMilk Hydrating Lotion ($48) Hello high value product that is also excellent! It’s hydrating and light weight, and has a really nice lavender and geranium scent. You can apply it quite thinly, so if you have a thing against thick creams, this would be a great product to try out!
Vasanti Professional Foundation Brush ($32) This is a foundation brush, which I don’t typically use – but I found it to be perfect to help apply concealer, which I want always to be applied perfectly. The Vasanti brushes are high quality and I’m always happy with getting a new brush to test out – though I wish I’d get more shadow brushes!
Kardashian Beauty Black Seed Dry Oil ($2) This was a bonus (perhaps sponsored??) item in the box. It’s a dry oil, silicone-based, and it was somewhat smelly and I wasn’t terribly impressed by it. It is, however, affordable.
arte smolderEYES Amazonian Clay Waterproof Liner in Gold ($22) I was thrilled to get this variation – it’s absolutely gorgeous! I love the somewhat antique gold color of this liner, and it goes on really smoothly and doesn’t budge! It’s all shimmer – no glitter – and perfect for me. The opposite end has a smudger if you’re seeking that look. Some subscribers received the skinny liners. I believe but I’m not 100% sure that all of the liners sort of went with the nail wraps – which is a really nice touch.
This box had an amazingly high value of $134 – and the box cost less than the tarte liner itself (except that the tarte does come with a sharpener at retail!). I don’t know how they’re able to put these boxes together but it’s just an amazing deal to sample new cosmetics and other beauty products monthly. Not ever product is for me – but there is so much in here that I can’t help but think that this is one of the best subscription box deals there is! Note that the Charms program is back online – and you can now skip or cancel this box online!

Wow! This was a great month for BoxyCharm. The eye pencil is gorgeous! I don’t use this type of brush for foundation either but have found that they’re good for mask applications. 🙂
