Love those flamingos for summer! Golden Tote is a monthly fashion grab bag – Get new pieces monthly that are fashionable, seasonable, and affordable. When you pick the $149 tote you select two pieces and then you get 5-7 pieces with a total value of up to $600! When you get the $49 tote you pick one item and get 2 (or sometimes 3). Unlike regular subscriptions you have to purchase it every month, but you can return it (the whole thing or none of it).

I really couldn’t resist a couple items in the shop this month.
I tried in vain to get the pineapple case, and ended up (finally) with flamingos ($10)!
I did snag a pair of pineapple stud earrings ($8)!

Ladylike Leopard Maxi Dress – I couldn’t resist this dress, even though I have no idea how I’ll wear it – I prefer bra friendly items. But the pattern is so delicious!
So so not bra friendly. But of course this is a chosen item, and I picked it. I may just be rocking it around the house!
Desert Beauty Dress – Another of my chosen items. It has a cute geometric pattern on the top and a flowy bottom – but I would never ever wear this as a dress! It’s quite short!
Great with black pants or jeans, which is how I’ll wear it.
July Surprise Items
Chris & Carol Floral Tank with Button Back – Sigh, I don’t know why my profile doesn’t say avoid Ditsy Florals – because I hate them. I don’t like anything about this top.
Flying Tomato Graphic Print Racerback Tank – Love the pattern on this – easily my favorite item in the box! So bold and bright!
Not the bra-friendliest, but doable. Must wear racerback.
Tea & Rose Elephant Hooded Vest: This is cute and fun and a nice layering piece – it’s super thin, so it’s mostly just for style.
I love critter prints but not the plain repeating ones, so i was pleased with this piece!
Orange Creek Butterfly Dress: Oh, this is my other favorite item. It gives bold color and fun style without being too crazy. The navy background makes it just right.
I love how the waist is elastic so I don’t have to fool with a drawstring!
This was a nice tote with fun summer items. I wish my profile was right because I absolutely cannot stand that pink top! I fixed it for next time – my fault! I thought my stylist this time did a really great job interpreting my style. The bold and fun pieces she selected (minus the ditsy floral – for me that’s a huge miss and doesn’t match my trendy + edgy selections on my style profile at all) are really me. I’m generally happy with my tote this month and can’t wait to wear one of my new outfits tomorrow!
