NatureBox is a monthly snack subscription box. Every month you’ll receive 5 snacks. You can create a “pantry” of snacks that will dictate what snacks you receive. We recently resubscribed to this box after a hiatus because we enjoy the snacks.
Yay snacks! The information card is totally meaningless. There was also an Old Navy coupon, they’re having an activewear sale soon. Woo.
One of the things I really like about this box is the ability to add on extra snacks very inexpensively – sometimes as low as $2 per bag! Unfortunately they didn’t send the chocolate almonds that I had ordered. BOO! But these Dark Chocolate Berry Trail Mixes were also tasty and I added them on for a total of $4.
Sriracha Pop Pops – These are popcorn kernels, which I don’t like the texture of, and they also look like bugs. My husband loves them.
They are really intensely flavored and my husband ate the entire bag of them at once because he’s sort of a hoglet over these kinds of things.
Cinnamon Spiced Almonds – These are super delicious and not overly sweet. They were an excellent choice and I would buy again!
Mini Belgian Waffles – These were new this month (or returned, or smaller?). I didn’t think there was anything amazing about them but everyone liked them.
Strawberry Lemonade Fruit Stars – Also new this month, they’re kind of like solid fruit rollups, and were tasty. These will be perfect to decorate kids’ lunches.
Cashew Crumble – This was amazing, but my kids got into it and ate almost the entire bag. It’s not hard to see why – they’re cookie-coated cashews. They’re sort of a ridiculous snack!
At $4 a bag my I need to keep the rest of my family out of the snacks and dole them out! We’re usually pretty good about not getting too wild about the snacks, but when they’re addictive, it’s difficult. There are no hydrogenated oils, no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners, and no added sulfites in any of the snacks. I like them, but they’re pricey!
Some of the premium add-ons caught my eye, but they’re probably manufactured by Dip’In (and I received the bruschetta in my June Love With Food) and you can get them on Amazon. I do like having prepackaged items and I would consider getting them as an add-on so I didn’t have too many. I love shelf-stable desk food!
