Yogitoes Peacock Hband ($4) Use as a headband (doing now!) and an eye mask during relaxing time or yoga time. Organic cotton – Love the dip dyed look!
Spongelle Boxed Flowers-Fleu en Boîte ($16) So neat, and this is a new product for me! It says that it’s hypoallergenic papaya yuzu body wash (including vetiver) and you wet it, squeeze the water out, and soap up/buff away!
In the Unlikely Event by Judy Blume ($16.77) Have you wondered why I never review book subscriptions? I like libraries. I work at a library. So I will read this book (I probably wouldn’t have if it hadn’t been in this box), and then donate it to my library. I will not read this book before a flight.
Pacifica Enlighten Eye Brightening Shadow Palette ($14) I expected to absolutely despise this palette based on the Pacifica eyeshadows I’ve received in my Ipsy bags. I love everything about Pacifica except the shadows (or so I thought), and I was really surprised how nice these are! They must have more filler for the shadows produced for the Ipsy bags, because these were totally different. So this was a huge and great surprise for me!
Urchin- An iridescent jeweled purple with gold tones. Use dry as a shadow, wet as a liner. Perfect for smudging and a great substitute for black.
Golden- A perfect gold with just the right amount of shimmer. Use on the lids or line the eyes.
Coral Sand- A satin lid base or highlighter.
Skinny Dip- Matte nude base, a universal brightener. Perfect for using on the inner eye to add brightness.
Snap Infusion Super Candy ($4) This is honestly the sort of stuff I save for my kids, but that’s mostly because I try to steer clear of pure sugar for myself. Natural flavors & colors, no HFCS, and vitamins!
Quay Australia Mandate sunglasses ($45) These are pretty large, but not overly so. They have a matte black finish on them and are pretty neutral face-shape wise. I do wish I would get a high end sort of wilder style of glasses, but then half the people wouldn’t like them and we’d all have to complain about Popsugar, so these are good.
Sweet & Spark Gift Card ($30) Special Extra! This is a $30 gift card. Downside – Free shipping on any order, and each piece is one of a kind at this curated vintage jewelry shop – upside, no expiration! I’ll use it, but I fear there may be nothing to buy for a while.
This was a good solid box, and the value without the card is $100. Since I’ll have to spend probably 20-30$ to redeem it, I won’t include it in the value. My favorite items were the palette (surprise!) and the boxed flower buffer. I love the sunglasses too, but they will get tucked in my “someday I’ll have LASIK and I can wear all my sunglasses” drawer, so they aren’t currently useful for me. My must have item from this box is, for sure, the Pacifica Eye Shadow Palette. It’s gorgeous!
I’ve been wanting to read ‘In the Unlikely Event’, because I grew up with Judy Blume, and who doesn’t love her? (Are you there, Popsugar? It’s me, Christina.) The Pacifica palette caught my eye (heh heh) because I tend to like all things Pacifica. Pretty big fan of their wipes, candles, and soaps! Have not tried their makeup (yet) but boy would I love to!

My must have is definietly the sunglasses, but sadly my fiance has claimed them as his.
I want to say though that the sweet and spark is pretty outrageous and unless they changed the jewelry in some way, they are not one of a kind. I actually have several items they are selling and I sell mine for SO much less than that. I guess if they can do it though, more power to them. I just dislike seeing people rip other people off.

The vintage jewelry gift card is fun, but you will definitely end up paying for part of an item from the prices I saw. Still – the pieces that they have are really nice and very unique!
The coupon is not really worth it.. All the pieces are overpriced and I can find all this costume vintage jewelry at every garage sales I hit.. Ridiculous and always peeved when I get a gift card that make me spend money to redeem it..

I would love to have the book
My favorite WOULD have been the headband b/c I love them and wear one almost every day. BUT, I have that exact one. Next fave is the spongelle. Pretty excited to read the book, but I’m a library patron so I never buy books. It will be kind of luxurious to have an all-to-myself book with that “new book” smell!
I admit that although my job has nothing to do with it, my office is near the acquisitions & cataloging department, and I can see all the books coming in for our huge library system and have them immediately checked out to me as soon as they exit the intake system, so it’s sort of like having my own personal bookstore. 🙂 Where I used to live (in MD) they have a state-wide contract with Overdrive and I just checked out books to my Kindle app. So maybe I should say once you get hooked on reading again, go use your library card! 🙂
I am excited to check out the sunglasses, I have heard good things about this brand.
I will NEVER have Lasik because 1 of my friends had horrible results (her eyes are much worse now than before). I might consider a tummy tuck, but nothing is going anywhere near my eyes! I have decided to treat myself to some Rx sunglasses this year. I have transitions, but they aren’t large enough to protect the entire eye area from the sun. I left a $200 pair at a hotel on vacation 10 years ago, and switched to transitions after that. I will either swap my sunglasses or sell them on ebay. In a couple of years, my oldest daughter will be stealing all my sunglasses from boxes. 11 next month, yikes! Quay makes cat-eye sunglasses that are thebombdotcom. Those would have been much cooler-but wouldn’t have mattered to me anyway.
I am glad to read your comment that the new Pacifica eyeshadow is different than the IPSY ones from a year ago. I didn’t like those and it put me off of their eyeshadows. Maybe I will keep the eyeshadow! 🙂
I won’t keep the spongelle because of my sensitive skin (though in a rinse off product, irritants aren’t as big a deal).
I might use the gift card-glad it doesn’t expire! But it would have to be really special. I can get great pieces at Thrift stores if I want vintage.
I am a Library person too! I also get 2 books a month through audible and have a nook and a kindle (lol). Anyway. I don’t mind getting these books though. I let my grandma read them and then I take them to my book club-the ladies love it.
Bottom Line for me: This is a good box, even if the products don’t work for me personally. I am VERY excited about July. Many of my favorite products that I use all the time were discoveries from PopSugar originally (Beautyblender, Turkish Towel, BAUBLEBAR!!!), so I don’t mind when some of the things aren’t for me. I hope they are new faves for others. I am not entering this giveaway, because I want somebody who missed out (I am getting one) and really wants those sunglasses to win. Great review, Brandy!

I definitely don’t mind getting books, I think it’s great to have them! I wouldn’t normally buy books – though I did buy Seveneves on Kindle because I couldn’t wait, nor could I lug around that monster.

I actually really like this box. I’m excited for the glasses, the book and the Pacifica. So funny but I have never gotten a pacifica eyeshadow in my Ipsy bag. I’ve gotten all kinds of other things but not eyeshadow so I don’t know how it stacks up but I do love Pacifica.
I think I’d be most happy with the book and the eye shadow.
I was pretty happy with this box except for the eyeshadows since I don’t wear makeup. I always feel like I wish the special extra was an actual product instead of a gift card.
