June 2015 Mission Cute Subscription Box Review

Mission Cute is a monthly subscription box of cute once a month – half the net proceeds go to that month’s nonprofit pick.  Each MissionCute box comes with at least 2 items made by small-but-mighty artisans and local businesses.  By joining MissionCute, you’ll receive a box of cute stuff that comes straight from small businesses and local artisans.

This box is so darling.

 The information card comes with details on the monthly charity and all the items in the box. For June Mission cute partnered with Project YESU. 50% of the proceeds will go towards this charity that is dedicated to supporting the children of Uganda by providing opportunities for food, medicine, and education.

UWP Luxe Pink Sugar & Lemongrass Soap ($8) Honestly, this was too beautiful to unwrap! What a lovely thing to get for yourself. The lid is layered paper, it’s very unique.

Sucre Shop I Love Summer Coozie ($3.50)

Pineapples are the most kawaii (cute) things on earth so this is awesome.

Aqua Beaded Cuff ($15) SO happy to have a turquoishish bracelet for summer. I have many necklaces, but no bracelets. This is a beautiful beaded cuff!

Jeri Warlick Openness Ring ($55) Love this brass handcrafted ring and it fits me perfectly.

“Summer Glitz” Metallic Tattoos ($9) These are really more of a $3 value considering the import price, but we still love them, even though they’re in all the boxes! Because they’re adorable!

The value of the June Mission Cute box was around $85. Most of the value was in the ring, which I think is lovely and a beautiful piece of jewelry.  I love how they are very specific about how much (50% of net proceeds) get donated to charity with each box, and that it’s a substantial amount.
