Whoops, I keep getting the date of this subscription wrong. It ships near the end of the month, so if you saw my “April” review, that was the March Prospurly reviewProspurly is a brand new monthly subscription box featuring 6-8 luxurious products in each box, with an average $80 value. A very pretty box when you open it!

Love how they decorate the whole thing.

But I find the information card borderline unreadable.

Everything in the April 2015 Prospurly box.

Being Apothecary Sprig Lip Service ($12) I’m one of the few people that can’t stand mint on their lips, so I’m passing this organic vegan lip balm on.

Being Apothecary Complexion Clay ($24)

Posh Skincare Organic Cleansing Grains in Peppermint + Lavender ($8)

There were multiple kinds of clay sent out and I got the Lava Terra black clay. It smells like a paper mill to me and I cannot open the jar ever again. Too bad – I hear others really enjoyed the clay, but I cannot stomach the smell.  The cleansing grains are a great idea and I love this sort of easy quick low-level exfoliation.

So smelly. If you grew up near a paper mill you’d understand.

Fat Toad Farm Caramel in Cinnamon and Original ($13) We love Fat Toad Farm Caramels and they generally get used right away – tasty and creamy!

IMG_3154

Lonesome Whistle Farm Dakota Black Heirloom Popcorn ($3) I love popcorn and I especially love heirloom varieties. They’re so tender and delicious. Loved this!  If you don’t have a popper (or if yours doesn’t handle smaller seeds well), just toss them with some oil, place in a lunchbag (the small brown paper kind), fold up the top really tight, and nuke!

terrarium kit

Desktop Garden Kit ($22) I love terrariums and this is a really awesome idea for a subscription. My clover has planted since I took these photos, but it’s really leggy. I feel like I should pinch them and put it in full sun until the plants are established, but I’m not sure what’s going to happen.IMG_3166

If you didn’t get this box or want to add to yours, FYI, you can buy all sorts of terrarium stuff on Etsy!

This was a well curated box and the terrarium was unique and wonderful! I couldn’t stand the smell of the clay though and the balm was a miss for me, but those are probably personal hangups. We all have them! The total value of the April box was around $82!

I forgot to post a couple of days ago that I used your link to purchase a sub, I bought both boxes after each one came out in their shop. I decided I might as well buy the sub. My 6 year old and I had a lot of fun putting together the terrarium.

Perfect timing with the popcorn. We ran out of our own Dakota black popcorn which we grow. We’ve grown several varieties over the years. Dakota black is the favorite.

Aw that’s so sweet of you! And yes, with your ample addiction, I can’t believe you didn’t just subscribe in the first place! Does it take a lot of room to grow? Do you have a row or a big square of it?

I love that your reviews show items in complete form, not just in packaging. It makes for a better review
