Petit Vour Vegan Beauty Subscription Box Review – May 2015

Petit Vour is a vegan beauty subscription box. For only $15 per month you receive up to five cruelty-free beauty and grooming samples. I was excited to see what great spring products they included this month!

The May Petit Vour theme was Pretty Powerful.

This month was about celebrating two years of Petit Vour!

Lippy Girl Vegocentric Organic Lipstick ($23) A nice pinky nude with a great vegan formula. I find with the slight touch of pink it’s a lot more wearable for me than a straight up nude. It went on sheer, which I wasn’t expecting, but I liked it, and I was happy that it was full-sized! I lost my swatch photo (sorry!) and I am not sure where I put this one yet, I’ll update with a swatch photo when I find it!

NYL *New* Shimmer Scrub ($11)  I love the idea of a shimmery shower scrub! I would use this last to retain as much shimmer as possible (and there’s quite a bit, I was surprised!).  It has a nice citrus scent to it too.  In addition the shimmery fun, it works great as a scrub! This is just fun to add a little glow to your skin for a night out or a day of fun.

Mun No. 11 Anarose Toner ($2)  This is one of my fave brands from PV. Soften and soothe your dry skin and pair with their face oil, which is absolutely fantastic. It’s only a sample size, but everything else in the box was high value, and I think you really only need one or two tries of a toner to see if it’s right for you.

Zabana Essentials *New* Dry Glow Shampoo ($9.95)  I was super excited when I pulled this out and wasn’t disappointed! First – it’s great for travel because it doesn’t need to go in my liquids bag. Second – a nice shimmer that looks great in my hair. And third – an amazing scent! It smells like the beach. And it works great too! I love this! 

The value of the May Petit Vour box was around $46!  I thought this was an amazing month – I totally loved it!
