Citrus Lane is a subscription box for babies, kids, and toddlers and they send GREAT items that are always a hit with my kids! This is the May 2015 Citrus Lane box for 8 month old boys (how is my baby 8 months old already??).
Tea Collection Cotton Summer Essential Tee ($26.50) Absolutely adorable tee, but unfortunately my 8 month old giant is much larger than 6-12 months. I emailed Citrus Lane – I am hoping for a larger size perhaps? I also received a unique coupon code for 20% off Tea Collection, which I may use. E is outgrowing everything.
Crocodile Creek 5″ Playground Ball ($13.75) Love the design and this toy is perfect for babies sitting up, which mine is certainly doing at 8 months!
Vaska Family Pack ($1) One baby laundry detergent pack, one lavender, and one dishwasher detergent pack. It’s nice to get to try a new detergent, although this wasn’t a wow item!
Goodbyn Snack Container ($3) This is great for taking all those puffs, chewies, and fruit snacks on the go. E is happily munching all sorts of snacks now and this is perfect to tuck into the diaper bag.
The value of my box this month was $44 – significantly higher over the cost of the box (you always get more value in the baby boxes than the toddler & preschool boxes). I was impressed by that. I wasn’t happy with the too-small size of the shirt, but I do realize my baby is much larger than everyone else (his head was so big the doctor insisted on an ultrasound…). We’ll use everything and hopefully pass along the cute shirt to a friend!

I was loving the boxes this month. Too bad about the shirt. It sounds like they did more upsizing in the toddler size shirts. 🙁 A 6-12 would have been on for my C when he was 8 months but since N started over 10lbs he pretty much zoomed to 12mo and then 2T and then got stuck there for 2 years. LOL He is so tiny now you would never know he was so big back then. 🙂
This is how E was, except he was also a large baby. He stopped growing for a couple years and still is really only a gymboree 3T, although i sometimes get 4. 30%th percentile in weight! how did we make this child???
