elf beauty bundle review

The e.l.f. Beauty Bundle is a bi-monthly beauty subscription from the super popular (and inexpensive) e.l.f. brand. The cost of this bundle is $27. FYI – this review was written by my 13 year old daughter.

All the items come in a little pouch.

The Soothing Serum ($12) works great. After a morning facial cleanse, this serum made my skin feel really soft and smooth!

The Studio Blending Brush ($3) is really like an ordinary eyeshadow brush, but a little higher quality than the e.l.f. $1 brushes. It works normally, and the bristles are soft.

The Shimmering Facial Whip ($1) is basically like a highlighter. I generally don’t use shiny highlighters when it comes to face makeup, but this product was actually greater than I expected. I was very pleased with the way that it applied.

One of my favorites from this box is the Mineral Lipstick in Ripe Rose ($5). It is so cute and not too dark, and not too light. It’s also matte and lasts pretty long.

The Nail Polish ($2) came in a Mint Green color, which was very pretty. It took about two coats of it on each nail for it to show up solidly, but other than that it was great.

The Eyeliner and Eyeshadow stick ($3) was actually the most interesting out of the whole box. It was purple. I have never used stick eyeshadow before, either.

The Glossy Gloss ($3) came in Berry Blush. It was just like the standard lip gloss, but the color was pretty in my opinion.

The Daily Brush Cleaner ($3) works really well when you follow the instructions properly. The main part about cleaning a brush with the cleaner is wiping it on a makeup cloth.

The Volumizing & Defining Mascara ($2) is great to use because it makes eyelashes appear longer. I love long lashes, so I definitely liked this mascara.

The 32-Color Everyday Eyeshadow Palette ($7) is nice because of the color variety. I have a million swatches below!

The e.l.f. Beauty Bundle is great because it comes with some really great and cute things. The products are vegan-friendly and are not tested on animals which is a plus! I would definitely recommend this box to anyone who is interested in trying out new products, and wants to use vegan-friendly products that haven’t been tested on animals. You can find all the products at e.l.f., which added up to $41 so this was a pretty good deal.
