The theme for April was Fantasy, and I would have to say that this one was a true hit. If you don’t like Fantasy, you can send me your box.

Dungeons & Dragons T-Shirt by Wizards of the Coast and Loot Crate Labs ($15) I’m not a D&D player but I don’t care, because this is a cool shirt, plus it’s soft. This is me, co-opting your fandom.
Exclusive Game of Thrones Direwolf Flash Drive – I’m a huge huge HUGE Game of Thrones fan. I’m taking this to work and they’ll know that the direwolves will go after them if they steal it.
Game of Thrones House Sigil Magnet Set – I hadn’t expected these to be the punch out kind, I wish they were the really nice kind instead, and a whole set at that, but these have been on my fridge since we opened the box!
Black Tie Geek D&D Bow Tie – I’m honestly not sure what to do with this! I think I have a friend that would very much love it for her boys though!
Inflatable Crown – I’m going to put this one in the “gag” category (as in gag gifts) but not filler. It’s funny and my kids will love it. I’m not sure about adults but you can think of some hilarious photos that could be made with this one.
Harry Potter 9 3/4 Luggage Tag – Now we get into the I really like these category, but my best friend is the HUGEST Harry Potter and Princess Bride freak so I’ve put them aside for her. She’s in London and I’m expecting Facebook photos any day of visiting all the Harry Potter tourist bits. She seriously is that kind of fan.
Princess Bride Deck of Cards – Great looking deck of cards. There is nothing in the world that could keep Jen away from these so I put them in her pile. I’m totally going to blow her mind with these 2 little gifties.
I thought this one was an extremely well-curated box. As a woman I could do without the bowtie but I think everything is a good pick. With all the exclusives, no price breakdown, but it’s clear that the value far exceeds the cost of the box (by at least double). I wanted to hate the bowtie…it was up for swap. But then I got bangs…think zooey deschanel…and it looks so cute in my hair with a top knot! So out of the swap pile it went! 🙂
That sounds so cute! My waddle is too much on the old lady side for that! BWAHAHAHA. I don’t hate the item, but I do wish it was less male oriented!
