Orange Glad sent out a notice that boxes were delayed in shipping and they are sending out replacement treats for two of the items. I am writing this having received my box and tasted it without the email in front of me, and I could not tell you what was delayed because it was all good. 

The reverse contains nutritional and allergen information.

All the treats I have ever received have been perfectly packaged, which is remarkable, because they are all fragile and perishable.

OrangeGlad Itty Bitties – these were buttery, flaky, and perfect. I could have dumped a quantity around the size of the entire box in my face.  They were a softer kind of shortbread, not the more commercial really hard kind, so I enjoyed them even more.

The rest of the items were packed into the white sweet box.

Lark’s Fine Foods Russian Tea Cakes – I don’t know why these are the same thing as Italian wedding cookies and Mexican wedding cookies, but they are. These are a yummy version and survived the trip very well. I was trying to show how all the packages are heat sealed, which is important, because they would otherwise become stale.

Seattle Chocolates San Juan Sea Salt Truffle Bar – I honestly tried to save this bar for later, but I found it irresistible. The interplay between the toffee and salt was very nice, and so was the contrast between the truffled chocolate and the crispy toffee.

Sweet E’s Bake Shop Kiss Me I’m Irish Cake Pop – I admit, I saved this one for the kids, so I didn’t taste test it. How can you go wrong with a cake pop? The cake itself is red velvet and I’ve heard since that it’s quite delicious!

Smackaroons Chocolate Almond Coconut Delight – I couldn’t leave my husband out, and he thinks that macaroons are the best! These are a nutty twist to the classic macaroon, also dipped in dark belgian chocolate to finish off the treat. My husband loved this one, and he said it was nearly close to perfection (which is probably a macaroon dipped in white chocolate).
