March’s Ipsy‘s theme was Floral Fantasy. I thought this was a cute theme!  If you aren’t familiar with Ipsy, it’s just a fun little beauty subscription – get 5 items in a cute bag for $10 a month! If you’re an Ipsy fan, be sure to watch for my monthly spoiler posts – I name one reader as my referral link for most of the month. Several of my past winners were able to load up on bonus items! It makes me so happy!

If you haven’t visited Ipsy lately, they have a brand new website.

It looks great, but I’ve heard from multiple readers that they are disappointed at the loss of some of the Ipsy community features 🙁 I did want to point out that there are additional points-earning opportunities with the new site, and I’m pleased with that.

I adored the bag this month – one of my favorite Glambags so far!

5 beauty and cosmetic items every month!
IMG_0457

St. Ives Apricot Scrub ($0.65) One of my besties loves this stuff, swears by it, so I’m saving it for her. It’s not really my thing but it has FANS!

Pur~Lisse Pur~Delicate Gentle Soy Milk Cleanser and Makeup Remover ($6.43) This is more my speed – I love this product and am thrilled to have it in a travel size!

Evelyn Iona Cosmetics Concealer ($5???) I’ve never heard of this brand. This is a balm-like concealer (probably not great for under-eye without a brush). I thought it applied well warmed up and left a soft luminous finish. Their website says:

Evelyn Iona is a socially responsible cosmetic company that sells organic and naturalmakeup. We donate $1 to women’s programs for every product sold.

Nice!

Marsk Mineral Eyeshadow in Fifty Shades ($22.50) This is a full size item and I love everything about it – the color, the undertones, so pretty!

NYX Butter Lipstick ($6) I so didn’t expect that color. I have to admit – I don’t understand the raves on this. Despite the wild color I put it right on, and I am finding it super drying on my lips. It was fun to experiment with this color though! Floral fantasy for sure!

My March Ipsy Glambag had a value of around $40, which is crazy for a $10 bag. I really scored with the eyeshadow and purlisse, and everything else was a bonus for me. Remember to subscribe to my newsletter so you see the April Spoilers – I will open the referral link giveaway with the first spoiler (and also if you’re thinking of subscribing, using the link here gifts points to a fellow reader!).

You can check out Ipsy here and subscribe, and don’t forget to visit your Glam Room (and do your review points !). You can also see all my  and check out more beauty boxes in the subscription box directory!

I agree, got the same color lippie and was interested to try it ad I don’t normally use this shade. A little drying, but OK 🙂

Mine came yesterday and I just peeked in it so far. I got the same color lipstick and I’m not sure what to think about it. Maybe it will be good with a lot of gloss on it?

Looks like we got the same lipstick – I was surprised that it was lighter than it looks, but I also found it somewhat drying. Not my favorite formula, and really too light for me. I also got the Pur-lisse, but the rest of my items are different – I got Boo-Boo Coverup in medium, which I thought would be too dark for me but actually find it blends in well, Dr Brandt anti-aging mattifying lotion (are they trying to tell me something about my age?), and Vintage illuminating face highlighter in a light sparkly pink color. Seems a bit contradictory to have a mattifying lotion and a sparkly face highlighter, but maybe that’s just me. Not a bad bag, all in all. At least there’s nothing I actively dislike this month.

Your Ipsy bag looks fantastic! I didn’t like mine at all, I swapped everything but the Marsk eyeshadow, I got it in Lucky Penny, which is a nice bronze color. I got a NYX lipstick, Sexy Hair creme oil, which I can’t use on my hair, a Chella highlighter I already have received 3 times in sub boxes, and Dr Brandt moisturizer, but I have way too many of those right now.

You got a great bag! This sounds weird, but I love that Apricot scrub for my feet! I have found that it works better than any foot scrub I’ve tried.
