Scentbird Review: Monthly Perfume Subscription

Scentbird is a totally unique perfume subscription box and I think it’s very very cool. With Scentbird you get a thirty day supply of perfume every month – and it’s just the neatest thing! When you start with Scentbird you fill out a profile – including three of your favorite designer perfumes – then you make a wishlist of perfumes you’d like to try.

Your first month will include this slick little perfume vial case and velvet holder.

A card comes with the vial demonstrating its use. You just twist it to spray!

This is a HUGE vial of perfume – a full 30 day supply, and much more than you get with just a sample. It’s 8 mL, approximately rollerball sized. I chose Voyage d’Hermes as the scent I’d like to try – I knew I’d never get a sample of it in a subscription.

I would say the only downside to this was that this is the eau de toilette spray and it isn’t labeled as that on the site. If you’re really into the scent or want the decorative bottle then you’d want to purchase the full size, but for someone who wants to try out new designer scents and get a hefty amount of them rather than a little sample, I think this is really great. From your second month onwards you will get a glass vial in the mail to drop in your purse spray.

Voyage d’Hermes is warm and woody and I think great to wear in the winter for a light scent. I love experimenting with fragrance so I’m excited about this new subscription. What do you think? Is it something you would try?
