Moustache Coffee Club Review

We haven’t taken a look at Moustache Coffee Club in a while, but my husband gets this coffee subscription about every other week (we skip it sometimes if he happens to be backed up on coffee!). Moustache Coffee Club  is a coffee subscription box featuring freshly roasted single origin beans that are shipped the day they are roasted.  I’m not a coffee connoisseur but my husband loves it, and he enjoys the single origin roasts.

Moustache Coffee Club offers several different plans, depending on your coffee demands, as few as a half bag every other week to as many as one five-pound bag every month.  You can get your first bag free by signing up! You may cancel anytime and if you don’t like the coffee you can get a refund or double the coffee.

My husband wrote some notes on the back of the cards so he could share his thoughts! They were both from the same roaster, Alana’s Coffee. I think I may need to pick him up some more of the first – I think he really enjoyed that one!

Coopetarrazu Beans: Tasting notes for this bean are spot on… buttery, creamy and sweet, but very clean with no muddy or burnt character. Highly drinkable and taste like a barista prepared specialty with only a splash of milk and sweetener.

Cooperativa Beans: This exhibited the satisfying earthiness characteristic of coffees from this part of the world, but I found it slightly bolder than the tasting notes would suggest (to my delight).
