Ok, I have lived in my apartment for what, 2.5 years? I learned this morning that despite the carefully labeled recycling containers out front (cardboard, white office paper, and commingled) that the recyling is ALL COMMINGLED! I never saw the truck emptying them out before. I was horrified at so many hours of my life spent carefully separating all my stuff. Ok ok, it’s not that bad, but I’m not going to stress that I’ve filled up the single cardboard bin and there’s an empty white office paper bin next to it anymore (yes, I fill that puppy up several times a week!). I can’t believe it!

I got my first ePantry order! Thank you soooo much Alena for letting me know about it. I have been unhappy how Honest dish soap performs with grease on tupperware (my one gripe) and I needed an alternative! Alena said Mrs. Meyer’s works great on grease, and it does (and hey, they put the sticker on the bottle)! Plus they make fabric softener. I’m excited about it!  You can sign up and get $10 off your first order – referral link. ePantry will send you refills too though Honest is sending them out too. Oh and I got a freebie reusable kitchen cloth. I do use some paper towels (the babysitters tend to use them mostly) but I went to cloth years ago.  I just keep all the cloth in a bucket and wash it all together.IMG_2746

I found my baby’s first Halloween costume, that is all.

I have been collecting as many Turband prints as possible (you can still enter the FabFitFun giveaway) because this!!! Look what a sweetheart! She decided to help with the laundry all by herself, I’m so proud. We are teaching her little brother to help too but it will be about 8 more months until he’s a real laundry worker too! Whoever helps with the laundry gets to press the button, which is a big deal.IMG_2732

She’s so silly! She had her apron on backwards but this was dessert after our Raddish Kids dinner! We totally killed off 12 oz of raspberries in one sitting! Fruit season kills my wallet but I buy as much fruit as we can stuff in, always!

Today is Costco/pizza day, but I have a review to squeeze in first!

I’m linking up with Thursday Thoughts with Jennifer!

Try not to laugh too hard, but we were just there on Tuesday. However, we met someone in our complex with a 3 year old and she was interested in going for pizza with us. She wasn’t feeling well Tuesday so we are going again today. I like to be able to walk somewhere every day to get everyone all tired out anyways. On Tuesday I got strawberries, sliced turkey, cheese, raspberries, peanuts, kiwi, and corn. Today I am hoping bananas are back (they were completely out??) and probably getting some apples and some juice, but they were also out of kirkland brand apple juice (I prefer because they are US apples). (Um Costco what’s up with everything being out??). So I don’t know really? The kids really want “ice cream biscuits” (cream puffs) but we don’t have room in our freezer yet. I’m sure we’ll come home with something weird. OMGEEEEEE today is new coupon day I just realized so now I have to buy all the things.

And also I have to figure out how we are going to get a twin sized mattress home next week??? I am hoping to run into one of our maintenance dudes or maybe our new friend’s husband (I know he runs a landscaping business and has a company truck) will drive one home for us!

If I lived close by I could drive it over in my truck! I drive a truck! 🙂

I haven’t had any problems with the honest dishwasher soap, but then, I had to buy a new dishwasher last summer. I am pretty sure this dishwasher could get dishes clean without detergent! I just love seeing those adorable pictures of your daughter. She is so sweet! Fruit season is short in New York, but it is sweet! I can’t wait to pick raspberries again. I am hoping for a good, warm summer.

No it’s the hand dish soap, which if I recall, you dislike. I LOVE the honest dishwasher soap. It works perfectly and doesn’t bleach my clothes. I have several pieces of clothing bleached by conventional dishwasher soap.

I had to post some photos of A. Sometimes it feels like the E show. A is always distracted with something or other these days.

You are right, the dish washing liquid is not a favorite of mine! It is very drying to the hands.

I seriously never noticed that, but it will not remove grease from clear tupperware. I have those little sheer midgets I use all the time and I had an issue.
