I cancelled my sub and resubbed and I think I’m getting the same box I received in April for May =[ What can I do? I really didn’t like my April bag too much so I definitely don’t want another one! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
ahhh that’s terrible? it shows the same products for april & may? just email them. the whole thing with the points removed/added back on was a flub but otherwise their customer service is great. i emailed them the other day, i was all, i really want benefit big easy, can you send me a sample card? and they were all just buy the full size and if you don’t like it return it. OK!
They took back 100 points 4 days later! They don’t really give you 200 – you will receive 100 points after they remove 100.
Try emailing them. They may give you them back

Yes they did it to everyone. I am hoping nobody besides me had more points taken out than warranted. Honestly they should have just left them in. The amount of customer service hours they are going to have to put in over this! Blah!

I updated the post when I heard about it. I did note originally that it wasn’t supposed to have the extra 100 points. Sorry!!! But it’s still 100 extra points over and above. They actually took more points away from me than I was supposed to. I got 200 for the women’s box, 100 for the men’s and they took away 200.

Well pay $10 get $20 in points plus another $5 in reviews. Less great of a deal for both – pay $30 get $40 after reviews. But still worked for me!

do not cancel your account, cancel your current subscription. I saw on one of my facebook groups that LOADS of people canceled their subscription, kept all their points, and resubbed.

Yes, I do! I’m going to do it – I still haven’t had a chance to review last month’s box since I need to actually log into a computer to do it (can’t on my iPhone or iPad for some reason).
