March’s Ipsy theme is Destination Beauty and our glam bags are getting us ready for either exotic destinations or staycations. Guess which one I’ll be going on! This wasn’t a bad bag, but not the best bag ever. I thought the actual bag designed by artist Klari Reis was super cute! I thought it was a great idea and I’m looking forward to more bags in the series! I did pick up a benefit high beam luminizer with my ipsy points. I wish I could pick up bag items with them too!

March 2014 Ipsy Glam Bag
I thought the “Palette Island” thing was cute! Fittingly, I got an eyeshadow quad in my bag!
I had already peeked, and this is the first time I can remember that I only got 4 products! I don’t think bareMinerals cuts them as much of a break but it’s one of my favorite cosmetic companies so I’ll take 1 of those and 3 of something other over 5 other products any month of the year!
Bora Bora Eyeshadow Quad
Be a Bombshell Bora Bora Eyeshadow Quad ($16) This is a full-size shadow quad and I love those coppery browns. Someone needs to hold me and convince me to use the teal!
Chella Indigo Blue Eyeliner ($24) Water-resistant and smudge-proof, Chella is a brand I really like and ipsy has sent me several Chella products I’ve enjoyed. I’m not 100% certain on the blue liner pen yet!

Klorane Smoothing and relaxing patches with soothing cornflower ($5) These are the third set of under eye gel/patch things I’ve received this week. I do believe that the universe is sending me a message.
Marvelous Moxie™ Lipgloss in Rebel
bareMinerals Marvelous Moxie™ Lipgloss in Rebel ($9) Love this color! I think the name is really funny because it’s basically the least rebellious color I can think of.
If you move your head around to avoid the glare, you can see that there’s a tag sewn into this bag. Something new!
My March Ipsy bag had $54 in value, which does explain why there are only 4 products! I suppose I need to go chillax with some cornflower eyepatches now! I love the bag, and the gloss especially (my favorite product out of all of them), but I’m a little unsure about the eye makeup yet. Did you get the same stuff? Have you used it yet? I want to know! I would have loved the Pacifica too!

I got the same eyeshadow quad you got, but everything else was different – got the Pixi primer (which will go to my daughter since I don’t use primers), the Bare Minerals lipstick which I love (hated last month’s lip gloss), and the Nicole by OPI Roughles nail polish (such a pretty Spring color – reminds me of robins’ eggs).
That polish looks so cool!! For $10 I think we all did great!
I liked my ipsy this month a lot. I hadn’t looked at my glam room. So I had no idea what I was getting but for the first time I got all make up. Since wanting/needing new makeup (and being unable to afford to just buy it normally) was why I signed up for ipsy this made me happy. I got the same eyeliner as you (it seems liquidy and i’m awful at applying that kind of eyeliner but may be able to use this for film makeup fx) but I got the Pixi primer (excited to try this), the Nyx palette (would have preferred the be a bombshell one but will honestly probably use the Nyx neutral one I got more often than I would have the brighter colors) and the Bare Minerals lipstick (I don’t wear lipstick – only lip gloss so the lip gloss would have been preferred but I’m willing to try the lipstick out).
I got the eye pencil too! At first I thought I got the same gloss as you as well, but its a lipstick. http://wp.me/p4lGPl-4P I cant decide if I can pull off that blue color on the eyeliner. Definitely not for every day use for me! What about you?
I have blue eyes so I just don’t think it’s the best color for me. Tends to wash them out!
Blue eyeliner and shadow is suppose to look good with blue eyes but I’ve never liked how it looked on me either. Maybe it just depends on what shade of blue your eyes are and what skintone you have? *shrug*
ooh, do a tiny pop of teal where you normally would highlight, in the corner! that would be so pretty. i can’t wait to get off the ipsy waitlist – the past two bags looked great!

Try waiting until the end of the month. From what I have heard they release a lot of subscriptions around then!
Thanks, funny it is the first box I ordered and the only one I haven’t received. I gave up on Ipsy and made a purchase at Dillard’s just to get a makeup bag fix! Like your blog.
Usually the end of the month I get reports of people saying they finally got off.
