This is the last month (I think) in a one year KLUTCHclub subscription. I loved subscribing but I think I’m going to take a break for a while so I can explore some new boxes. But FYI, you can get half off a one-month subscription with code ZZLOVEKLUTCH.
The Description: Fitness focused boxes for women and men (mom boxes too). Boxes include healthy snacks, supplements, personal care items, and workouts. Each themed box contains 4-5 premium sample & full sized health products.
The Price: $18 per month, down to $16 with a year long subscription
January 2014 KLUTCHclub Mom Box
This box was supposed to contain a 1 month gift card to Voeden Kitchen. It was missing from mine! I’m exhausted so I’m not going to do a complete cost breakdown of this box. Can you forgive me?
Nektar Honey Crystals & Happy Family Happy Squeeze. Kid food is always good.
Organicasaurus From Good Boy Organics Unsurprisingly the kids took these immediately. Love it when they come in a box!
Ips All Natural Egg White Chips – Aged White Cheddar.
Juice Organics By Juice Beauty Shampoo & Conditioner ($9) This was a significant sample size and I was impressed! Free of anything you wouldn’t want in your hair products. I wished I had received the volumizing of course, but I will use these!
Lotus Moon Vitamin B Hydrating Gel I have dry skin so I’m not sure if this is for me. It would have been great if there were two different types included.
Fresh Feet Wipes ($3.33). Love the wipes – though I think they’re really more for a summer box, you can use them after dance class. I wish they’d sent the new peppermint wipes or even the yoga mat lavender/tea tree wipes!
Aquatowel. I’ve never had occasion to use any of the Aquatowels I have received (I get them in Conscious Box too). It’s made of mostly water but to be honest – I always have wipes on or near my person. I have wipes stashed everywhere. So I never reach for this when I have a box or pack of wipes handy.
Numi Organic Tea. No.
RealBeanz Iced Coffee. Double No (I can’t stand coffee). How do you feel about boxes that send beverages? I think it’s fun, but I also think that the cost of sending them reduces other things that I might get in my box! I will save this for my husband.
This box was a bit of a downer for me, though I’m happy with about half the items. In my experience, KLUTCHclub is an up & down box – some months you will absolutely love, and some months are just “meh.” This was one of those months for me!
Comments
I’m a tea drinker (seriously – two cabinets in my kitchen have two of their shelves filled with tea, primarily loose. I”m short so the top is coffee stuff, which I do not drink). I’m a little over getting tea bags in boxes, it seems like everyone does it and rarely are they tea I would choose for myself. I like Numi tea so I glanced at the photo and was all “Why is she all no-ing this?” THEN i saw the flavor. If they want to hook someone on their tea, “beet cabbage” is not the best way to do it. I don’t care how good it may be, I would take a while to try it.
I am not a tea drinker. I would go for a nice veggie broth (I love drinking bouillon!). But it probably wouldn’t be beet cabbage. I have received countless packages of these plus two full size boxes. I hear they are decent but they are made with black tea and… No. The same “No” also goes to tea leaves I am supposed to eat (I did try them) and seaweed. I try not to be picky but I just do not need to make room in my life for beet cabbage tea. Maybe if you were having “digestive issues”???
