The Fetch Box sent me this subscription box for my review.

I was so delighted with the name of The Fetch Box I couldn’t help but say yes when asked to review it! The Fetch Box is a period/time of the month box for Teen girls and designed to help them figure out what products they like to use! I know as a grown woman I have different preferences and like a variety of options and things change, and this is all amplified when you’re a teen. This subscription was started by Reagan S., a senior at a high school in Texas. She writes: My mom subscribed me to a time of the month box and after a couple months I just felt like I was getting mom stuff, cheap hand made necklaces and weird flavored hot tea that I will never drink. I read that with glee! I feel the same way about getting mom stuff too sometimes — ESPECIALLY tea!

IMG_1390 Fetch Boxes include monthly supplies, some samples, a beauty product, and a variety of treats salty & sweet and are designed to avoid the gimmicks and products teenagers don’t have a use for or don’t care about. I was surprised with the sheer variety and amount of pads & tampons stuffed in this box. It was a lot! The Fetch Box knows that teens get turned off with phrases like feminine hygiene and all that, so let’s call it a period box! The box I received was a variety box, but you can choose a combo of 20 tampons and/or pads and 5 liners.

November 2013 The Fetch Box Variety Pack

The Fetch Box comes in a plain white box with the logo on the inside, though you’d have now idea what the Fetch Box is by the name. And if you don’t understand the Fetch joke, go here to watch the video.

Everything was really neatly wrapped up. Even the hairbands and samples!

I liked how the food was wrapped up (pink bag) so it could be stashed in a teen’s room away from everyone else who might get into it. If it’s HER comfort items she wants to keep it to herself!

Samples 2 Always wipes and a U by Kotex thong liner

Snacks! Pirate’s Booty, a Hershey Bar, Twizzlers, a Reese’s cup, and Land o’ Lakes Hot Cocoa (mmmm). I thought this was a nice selection and it’s nice to have some noms without teaching girls to go overboard! Just a little something.

Beauty Looks like I missed a great shot of those hairties – There’s a pink, blue, and black one and you can use them on wrist or hair!

Supplies I really thought this was a crazy amount of stuff and there was so much variety packed in there. Regular, Super, and Lites from 5 different brands & styles! Plus pads and liners of multiple varieties. I totally remember when I was a teen having to use up a whole bag/box even though I hated it and that sucked. I would have loved something like The Fetch Box so I could figure it all out without buying 50 different kinds of products. There’s certainly more than I’d personally use every month but every woman is different.

You can get your first The Fetch Box for half off with code First Box. Boxes are $13 plus $5 shipping ($10 to Canada) so get the first one for just $11.50 total. You can keep on saving if you refer new members. Also one more thing! You can always change up your order with The Fetch Box by letting them know what you want in your account, by email, or on Facebook (which is a great way for teens especially to communicate)! I really liked how customizable this box is and how well thought out it was for how a teen would use things (like squirreling her food stash away in the package, wanting her supplies to be camouflaged in the bag). I also think teens would enjoy subscribing and communicating with the owner – a fellow teen and someone to look up to! Reagan plays volleyball and softball and has been accepted to two colleges.
