Everyone always wants to know what we do with all the stuff from our boxes. The truth is, I break down & recycle most everything as soon as I get it. The only boxes that I save are Glossyboxes (bestie loves them) and I just got The Fantasy Box in, and I will totally save that box, it’s great. Otherwise, they get smooshed & recycled! I do sometimes save the squigglies, especially if they are a color that I love (they’re perfect for Easter or other gift wrapping opportunities!)
I’ll show you soon how I store my samples, but I wanted to show you that you can also use these items for a super fun time with kids! Children love packaging materials (wasn’t it always your fave too?!?!) and they can make a great activity if you let them just do whatever they want with them!
First, you can combine color squigglies. This is an exciting exercise!
Squigglies can be used to decorate…Or be used to build an entire bird’s nest. Those pieces of yarn are worms, of course!

I love the squiggles on the doughnut. Haha!
I know. My daughter is so funny. She begged me to do it!
