I fell in love with the July Love With Food as soon as I opened the box! Love With Food is a cute little subscription box that sends about 8 snacks and goodies every month around a special theme. This month was Under the Boardwalk and I was totally feeling that vibe from this box! Except it was all upscale boardwalk for the most part and that made me love it even more!
Love With Food is $12/month and you can get your first month for $2 with coupon FBGIFT. With every box, Love With Food donates a meal to a hungry child. <3.
July 2013 Love With Food: Under the Boardwalk
I love the Love With Food information cards. There’s always a cute theme picture and there’s just enough information about each product. I don’t always want a book, you know?
KuKuRuZa Gourmet Popcorn. Hawaiian Salted Caramel flavor. I popped one piece and I liked that it was salty but not too salty. As much as I love salt, I think it’s sometimes overdone. This was great!
Nature’s Bakery Fig Bar in Strawberry. We love these around here! I am sure the kids look forward to trying the new strawberry flavor. I have seen the Nature’s Bakery Fig Bars in a variety pack at Costco recently too!
Twangerz Snack Toppings. How wild is this? Lime, Chili Lime, Lemon Lime, and Pickle Salt Flavors. Too bad I didn’t get Mango Chili! This is a snack topping salt and it says you can put it on fruit, popcorn, salads and the Twangerz website has recipe ideas too. This is totally wild. I suspect it’s really flavored marg salt but what do I know? I can’t wait to try it on…? I have no idea! Twangerz also gives the ideas of dipping a lollipop in it or shaking it on a bag of chips. Weird. I LOVE IT!
Uncle Henry’s Handmade Pretzels – Big crunchy pretzels. My kids are crazy about pretzels. I think the pretzels & taffy will make a fun snack on the porch.
Necco Wafers. NECCO! The candy that everyone loves to… not eat! It’s nostalgic and fun & I bet the kids will love it! This made me so happy when I saw this in the box. I can’t describe it. Bestie knows.
Angel Mint All Natural Orange Salt Water Taffy. I was super happy to look up this company and find they have taken out the garbage (transfats and soy) from salt water taffy. The kids will love it.
RealSticks, BBQ. Ummmm did you notice that I ate this before I took a picture of everything? Whoops! It was delish. And get this: no antibiotic beef, no nitrates or nitrites except the ones from celery & salt. Awesome!
Lord Nut Levington Spicy Bloody Mary Peanuts. This has a throwback 18th century revolutionary theme with the “taste resistance” and Lord Nut’s banner reads “Pardon my flavor.” Taste matches up to the hype. They were spicy and super unique. I could taste the lemon & celery. Loved them. You can find Lord Nut Levington on Amazon (by the case). There was also a coupon (for a regular store) in the box for 50 cents.
Hello Fresh $25 Gift Card – For new customers. Lucky you, anyone can get half off their first box until July 20. Read my last review of Hello Fresh!
Did you get this box? Are you digging the Boardwalk theme as much as I am?? If you would like to find out more or sign up, visit Love With Food!
