Loot Crate Review – June 2013 – Mashup

If you remember last month’s fury over the towel, I caved and got LootCrate for this month! I’m such a geek. LootCrate is a gamer/geek box and this one was a hit with us. If you are looking at me sideways then you have no idea that I’m a total nerd. The theme for this month is MASHUP and if you use my handy  LootCrate referral link and coupon code MASHUP you should save three bucks! I really like this box because it has exclusive/hard to find items. I wish more “women’s themed” boxes did that. And not like boutique store stuff, I mean like impossible to find fun stuff.

I only took one side of the information card.  It was pretty complete.

June LootCrate Review – Mashup

We got some warheads candies, 8-bit sunglasses (huge hit, see below), an interesting Bic stylus that I’ll gift, t-shirt, wall stickers, real stickers, and a thing about Comikaze. Ok, as much as I like LootCrate, the Comikaze thing is lame. It’s a comics convention in DC. Throw it in, but don’t put it on your information card! It’s NOT AN ITEM.

The t-shirt was funny. I think I would have liked it better if it wasn’t mashed up into Dead Poolaid and just Mr. Koolaid. But I got a good laugh.IMG_7739

These are wall tangrams and super fun for the kids.IMG_7740

She loved these.IMG_7742

They put their stickers on their Little Passports suitcase. They had them all ready to go to stick on their shirts, which horrified me. So I suggested the suitcase!IMG_7743So that was the box! I will totally pretend I am a 17 year old boy and happily wear my shirt. If you like  LootCrate and want to give it a shot, thanks for using my link! I am definitely getting another month because I really enjoyed this box, and so did my kids, even though I really just bought it for me!IMG_7741
