Their refusal to cancel via normal Internet channels. Like emailing customer support. So I’m taking this WASTE OF LIFE to tell you about it! I don’t want the diaper box. We just don’t need that many diapers anymore. I should be able to cancel the diaper sub easily, right?
I have been on hold for over
5 10 15 19 minutes and 20 seconds. Just cancel the damned thing already, OK? Frustrating customers – especially ones who would still like to subscribe to the essentials bundles – is not the way to keep customers satisfied.
In an email they told me “As a new company, we want to learn how to make our membership work better for you and your family!”

I am about 3 minutes away from canceling everything. Oh wait, that was WHEN I WAS ON HOLD FOR ONLY 7 MINUTES.
so basically Honest Company is all sunshine & rainbows but their customer service blows. this is like the old AOL of yore. They’re dressing it up in super fancy clothing. It took me an additional 5 minutes to actually convince them to cancel it. Lots of apologies but I was livid. And yes, I did end up cancelling everything. Money talks & so does time.
You can sign up for Honest Company and get $10 off. But if you did, you would have to wait a zillion years on the phone to cancel anything. It *is* easy to change the date online. That’s not what I wanted to do.
