POPSUGAR Must Have Review Update (and Plus Size Panty Giveaway!): February

As most of you know, there were many people unhappy about the inclusion of underwear and the towel wrap in the February POPSUGAR Must Have Box.

I wanted to update you on the resolution that Pop Sugar gave to those who were, um, too large to use these items. I did write a note suggesting that it was sort of uncool to include the sized items when the subscription said it didn’t need to know our size. PopSugar offered to send these to me and I accepted.

I thought this was a really nice and sincere card. Pop Sugar impressed me with their handling of this issue. I have found that customer service is one of the biggest subscription box differentiators.

It put a smile on my face to get this box!

Navy Blue Plus size Hanky Panky Bikini

The pink robe was the replacement. I borrowed a friend’s white one – remember hubby has ours! The thing I appreciate most is that this robe is longer. It makes a big difference. I used the robe last night after my shower. Because there were no towels. Because the kids flooded the bathroom. Ahem.
