I am not celiac or wheat-sensitive, but I have friends who are, and I know how important keeping their diet free of gluten is. I got Taste Guru on a fantastic deal that is still available as of this writing: get two boxes for $24! When my box shipped I was notified that my subscription was up for renewal, and canceled easily. Of course if you are gluten-free or love the products (and I do, but my grocery stockpile is kind of big right now and I’m working on reducing it – we’ve been traveling a lot), you won’t want to cancel!

I like this presentation, wrapped up in brown paper. The actual box for

Taste Guru

is also extremely sturdy, and is now a cradle for 3 lalaloopsy dolls 🙂

Despite a large heavy object riding along in the box, nothing is damaged because it was packed nicely!

Alpine Avocado Vinaigrette ($7.50) One of the things I absolutely am LOVING about

Taste Guru

is that there are finds from local producers (the box is in the Denver/Boulder area)!! This is one of them! Uses 100% EVOO and is vegan and preservative-free too. This is going to be great!

Bakery on Main Apple Pie Oatmeal ($1) That sounds delicious. My kids will love! Bakery on Main has all sorts of yummy bakery inspired flavors.

Hummuz Crisps – Roasted Garlic ($0.37) These look really good. I’m looking forward to trying them!

Apple Cherry That’s it bar ($1.67) Contains 1 apples & 2 cherries, and that’s it. I love these bars!

Fiona’s Natural Foods Almond Millet Cereal ($4.99) Another local find. I was actually surprised to see that the price on this was pretty low! It’s available at Abe’s Marketand you can save $10 off $40 with code LIAM.

Dang Coconut Chips ($4) These are totally my favorite, I just about knocked over when I saw these. I’m saving them for when I have some chocolate to pair with them. Which hopefully won’t be any time soon. I’m trying to be good and if I open them, all bets are off!

Taste Guru

also comes with a variety of coupons!

Glutino Frosted Sensible Beginnings Cereal ($6.11) Glutino describes these as “a crunchy bowl of sweet revenge” (against your alarm clock), which is just plain odd. I guess they’re like frosted flakes! We’ll eat them! And yes that’s an entire box of cereal they put in there!

Taste Guru

is a great box, whether or not you are gluten-free, and definitely worth a try! I was extremely pleased with the 2 boxes I tried! I added the value up on this box to be $25.64, but it’s totally sort of unfair because if you were to buy some of these items you’d have to buy in serious quantities in order to each those per serving prices. You should get this box if you’re gluten-free for sure, or just want to try something new, or just want a good deal! As I paid $12 for this box, I got a great deal and I am totally happy with it!

Great deal, and it looks like a great mix of stuff! I’ll pass this on to a gluten free friend.
