We have an update on Sports Crate: MLB Edition Box – all the changes for the second season plus wrapping up the first season

First – Action Figure Update

The action figures from the last two boxes PLUS the bonus figure for Season Pass subscribers are still being reworked, but coming soon.

Second – New Brand Lineup!

The next version of Sports Crate will feature the best brand partners from our favorite items this first season, including ’47, Stance, Tervis, and New Era. I think this is a great move.

Third – No More Figures?!

Based on the picture above and the description, we don’t think the figures will be in Season Two, which is great news. They were clearly the cause of a lot of delays – and not everyone was a fan. Will the player cards be out too? Not sure – they aren’t mentioned, but don’t seem expensive to produce.

Fourth – PRICE DROP!

This box was $39.99, and now it’s $29.99!  Plus, it’s now a bimonthly subscription, instead of the season, that means team gear all year round!

There are now THREE subscription lengths:

  • BiMonthly: $29.99 per box – your subscription renews every other month.
  • BiAnnual: $85.50 for 3 crates (5% discount)
  • Annual: $162 for 6 crates (save 2.99 per crate – 10% discount)

FYI, there’s a Sports Illustrated magazine at checkout – you can get a rebate for this offer so if you spend a few minutes you’ll have an awesome deal!

Plus actual COUPON: Save $2 off a yearly subscription with code SPORTSCRATE2 or 5% off any 3 crate or single crate subscription with code SPORTSCRATE5. These codes are small because the price drop was so large!

Fifth – It’s now available to order for the holidays!

The Second Season of Diamond Crate is now available, and the December theme is HOLIDAY!

Here are all the available teams: Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, Detroit Tigers, Kansas City Royals, Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Mets, New York Yankees, San Francisco Giants, St. Louis Cardinals and Texas Rangers.

Upcoming themes: February 2018 SPRING TRAINING and April 2018 OPENING DAY!

What’s in the box? licensed and exclusive items:

  • Officially licensed team gear, unique apparel, and more
  • 3 subscription plan choices; more crates = more savings
  • Access to a FREE Sports Illustrated annual subscription
  • Automatic inclusion in the Golden Ticket Sweepstakes*
  • Special discounts on limited edition player crates*
