Le Tote Subscription Box Review & Coupon – May 2016

Le Tote is a monthly subscription box that the company likes to describe as the “Netflix for clothes,” as it offers rentals of women’s clothing and accessories. For a $59 monthly subscription fee, subscribers receive unlimited customized boxes (one at a time), each containing 3 garments and 2 accessories. You can wear as many times as you wish, pair with different jewelry for a different look and when your ready for a new look…send it back for a new set of goodies.  Best part=no laundry.  There is no limit to how many totes you get.The garments and accessories are chosen based on your style profile, but you have 24 hours to change any of the selections.

I couldn’t be happier about my box this week.  2 tops, a skirt, earrings and a necklace.  There are several looks to create.    As a stylist, I keep fashion in the forefront of my wardrobe choices.  It’s easy to get stuck in a rut when choosing outfits.  Le Tote is the perfect solution.  Choose your items and customize if you like.

Day 1- I chose the NINE WEST brown/black color block crepe top ($59 retail).  Lightweight and comfortable for a full day at the salon. The top is extremely versatile.

One of the looks I tried was with black slacks, a skinny brown belt with gold studs and leopard baby doll flats. 

Another look I decided on was with a cream skinny jean.  It paired well and made the colors stand out.  A chunky silver statement necklace took the look to a whole new level.

Day 2- NOIR leather trimmed printed top($68) in XS.  The fit was perfect.  True to size.  I was wanting a trendier look.

Black distressed skinnies roughed it up and looked fantastic with the leather trimmed top and leather booties.  The whole look topped off with earrings which also came in le tote.  The BCBGENERATION reverse wishbone hoops($20) were lightweight and added just enough femininity to the ensemble.

Day-3 BCBGENERATION outdid themselves with this skirt.  The cut out skirt($98) is something I normally wouldn’t chose if I saw it on the hanger.  I’m so glad I decided to try le tote, because I’m stepping out of my comfort zone.

  This skirt in black is just funky enough to wear with a plain loose tank and the ADIA KIBUR safi pendant necklace($44).  I opted for an mock turtle neck in black and white to showcase the burnt orange in the necklace.

I was able to soften the look another day by wearing a baby pink tank and some flats.  This time I tucked the tank in and it really showed the shape of the skirt better.  I had so many compliments!
