The May 2016 box brought items from Game of Thones, Deadpool and more.  Let’s get into what was in this box!

The description card gives you a rundown of what is in the box and also where to follow Geek Fuel on social media.

Each box comes with a mini-mag with features about current geek topics plus a gift guide.

Geek Fuel Pint Glass.  I’m a fan of pint glasses so I was quite pleased to see this item, well protected in bubble wrap.  This is a great addition to the collection.  I’ll make sure it’s a lighter colored beer so I can see the awesome logo.

055 RANDOM GIVEAWAY ITEM – NOT IN EVERY BOX Deadpool Movie($19.96).  The R-Rated superhero movie that took the world by surprise came in this box!  This includes the blu-ray, DVD and digital HD versions of the film.  Deadpool came with Geek Fuel just in time as on the same day this box arrived, my wife had just purchased the movie for me.  Luckily we didn’t open it.  I know what I’m watching this weekend!057

Deadpool Art.  Fans of the film will recognize this prophetic art by the Merc with a Mouth as he shows what he’s going to do to those who get in between him and Francis.

Art cards from Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.  This game looks absolutely incredible.  Further proof I may need to get a Playstation 4.

Sir Francis Drake’s Lost Ring is a Geek Fuel exclusive item.  The little treasure chest inside the burlap sack is a nice touch.  Yeah, this Sony Playstation 4 idea keeps sounding better and better.

089 Deadpool Monitor Mate.  This little guy hangs out on the ledge and sits quite well.  The detail is nice and makes me want to go watch the movie again.090

The Weaponographist Downloadable Steam Game ($10)  We liked that it was available for PC & Mac – and that it was pretty different than previous games included (there’s a downloadable Steam code in every box). This month’s game was really high value.

Play as Doug McGrave, famous demon hunter for hire. Highest level, bestest gear, ruggedly handsome, and unrepentant jerk. For refusing to aid one stinking demon-infested town, you are immediately – and deservedly – cursed. Your powers, your wealth, and your weapons… Poof! Gone.

Game of Thrones Map.  Fans of the show will recognize this now iconic map of Westeros.

053

Tyrions Vineyard T-Shirt.  I like the color of this shirt.  It’s a great addition to the t-shirt collection of any Game of Thrones fanatic.

Geek Fuel did a splendid job putting this box together for May 2016 – maybe their best box EVER.  There were some amazing items this month and winning the Deadpool movie is just fantastic.  You can still get this box – Geek Fuel will note which box you’ll be receiving right at the top of the page! Maybe you’ll get lucky and get the DVD!
