Boodle Box June 2016 Subscription Box Review

The Boodle Box is a subscription for girls and teens (and really any age, this is just a fun box!).  Subscribe to Boodle 1 – ages 5-10 – or Boodle 2 – for girls 11+ (tweens and teens). Boxes are filled with fun new products to help girls discover their new favorites and new things about themselves! 

The Boodle Box theme for June is Sweet Days of Summer! This is the Boodle One box for little girls. The Teen box has more grown up items appropriate for older girls.

The information card lists all the items in the box and includes the retail price and stores where the item can be purchased. As always, there’s a bonus sweet treat – this month it was a donut lollipop!

Everything in the box! SO sweet and cute! My daughter attacked this box immediately!

Expression Girl Ice Cream Nail Polish ($2.59) Ahhh, this is so sweet and cute, and I love the bubblegum pink color!

Vera Bradley Midnight Blues Sunglasses Nail File ($1.99) My 7 year old is obsessed with nail files and she picked this one up right away!

Love Lee Soaps Mini Donut Soaps ($3) My daughter is equally obsessed with cute soaps. There’s nothing better than encouraging good hygiene for growing kids with adorable and fun soaps.

They smell like sweet strawberries and she loved the icing on the top!

Little Miss Matched Donut BFF Necklaces ($11) O.M.G. So first of all, this is a Little Miss Matched item, which is THE thing. Second of all, it’s a friendship necklace set. Third, it’s donuts. My daughter flipped out and took it to school the next day to gift half to her bestie. This box could have just sent this item and she would have been happy. Fashion Angels Donut Charm ($3.99) This little donut charm couldn’t be cuter – and immediately found a home on my daughter’s backpack.

Roll On Beaded Bracelet ($6) Super cute and in my daughter’s favorite colors. Worn right away! (Do you see a pattern here?!)

This is so sweet. She’s so excited!

Toys ‘R Us Lolly Hair Brush ($4.98) This is perfect. Finally – FINALLY! – my daughter figured out it was much easier if she brushed her hair without morning fights. This brush will help keep that new habit going!

It’s just a simple plastic brush but has a travel case, so it can go in her backpack!

Vera Bradley Peek-A-Boo Boysenberry Coin Purse ($14) This is also adorable, and it’s Vera Bradley, and instead of fabric it’s wipable PVC (I think). Which means that it’s perfect. You can also clip the donut charm to this coin purse, which I’m going to hint to my daughter so it doesn’t get destroyed on her backpack. She decided to start carrying a purse last week, which kind of hurt my brain, made me a little sad, and made me proud that she’s starting to do her own thing.

We couldn’t be happier with this month’s Boodle Box! It’s absolutely perfectly curated for my kiddo’s age and tastes and there’s about $48 in value (and nothing on the card is overvalued in my opinion!). That’s really a fantastic deal. What a sweet box for summer!
